My experience at crown fried chicken exceeded all expectations. Not only was the food fresh and flavorful, but the service was also outstanding. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and promptly took my order. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. The service is normally pretty fast. Also the workers in the front are very friendly. The food tastes good. I never have had a problem with my food or the service. They also take call orders so all you have to do is pick it up.

I gave 1 star because they do not care the quality of food. I ordered 4 wings w/fries asked the guy to "please make my fries soft, Please do not fry them hard". He replies "okay, got you". I get home and my fries are fried so hard that they are the color of the oil. Now Idk if they didn't change their oil or wat but my order was horrible. The chicken was dry and the fries were way over done. I was so upset. I probably ate a third of my order and tossed the rest. The food was so oily, it gave me a headache. I was so disappointed. The afternoon worker(short looks lil mexican) is much nicer and make sure your order is correct. The morning and night guys aren't so nice and get people orders wrong.

Chicken like Popeyes :))) I was too hungry to appreciate what it was like.
Me and my family have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Usually when we purchase a certain amount of food we receive a free complimentary item (an extra piece of chicken, a soda, or something like that). I understand that it is not a requirement, but I am just used to that specific treatment. More so, when I asked the worker about a complimentary item he was fairly rude. I do not understand why I had to receive so much attitude for asking a simple question, especially since I only asked once. It’s almost like I was getting looked down upon. I do not appreciate that type of treatment from anyone, especially not when I am a paying customer. A simple no would have been fine, but why the disrespect too? Additionally, this event took place at 1:00 AM, so I am assuming this was the night staff. I do not know the workers names, but I can give a physical description. The man was a dark brown skinned Indian looking individual. He was also fairly skinny. Another worker that has an attitude problem is the chubby worker with glasses. I believe that someone referred to him as the boss. I understand being overworked at night. I have a job too, but please do not take out your frustration and crankiness on me.
