I tried to order some dinner and the man refused to take my order,because I was seated. He heard me loud and clear but because I didn’t stand at the window he refused to acknowledge me and my order. Food is mid anyway,he did me a favor by not allowing me to spend my money. Also no one else was in the store ordering just me. Rude and indifferent service.

It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the employees. Despite attempting to maintain patience, I was met with further verbal disrespect when inquiring about my order’s status.The lack of courtesy and basic respect from the staff at Crown Fried Chicken was unacceptable. No customer should have to endure such treatment, regardless of the circumstances. It’s disheartening to see a business neglecting the importance of treating patrons with dignity and kindness.In conclusion, I urge management to address the concerning behavior exhibited by their employees and prioritize customer service training. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend Crown Fried Chicken to others seeking a pleasant dining experience.

If you are hungry I guess you can eat here. The chicken tenders and fried fish is eatable.
Today they had a Spanish guy cooking and ordered pancakes and eggs and bacon and he made them perfect so yummy
