5 stars hands down just for service. Delicious cake was simply a Bonus.The lovely lady that helped me while the owner was out Monday went out of her way to find a replacement cake as they sold out of my first choice. To top it off she included a bonus bag I found at home with several free donuts. Very pleasant experience.

I ordered my first cake from here in 2022 for my son's birthday. His birthday is right before Christmas and not only were they able to make his cake it came out perfect. Went back last year and they did not disappoint. They both were beautiful and the best tasting cakes I ever got for my son. I look forward to getting another amazing cake from them this year.

Went here and got a cannoli it was pretty good I would definitely try them again. I wish they had another layer instead of just one

I have been coming to this bakery for may years. and had no problems. I do not like to complain about the place unless it’s something serious and making up stuff or lying is basic disrespect. This past sunday 11.19.23. i called to find out if they had apple strudels and if i could place an order of apple strudels for wednesday the 11.22.23. One of the girls answered the phone and said that at the moment they have some and she can’t say if they will make more on tueday or wednesday. She said that because of the holidays they don’t take orders because of the high demand around those days. I thought that is strange and i’ve never heard of that. Usually businesses try to take advantage of the holidays to make more money. I called the next day 11.20.23 and one of the girls answered and said the same thing. I needed the baked products to be fresh for thanksgiving day and did not want to buy few days in advance which i think is reasonable. That sounded like B.S. to me and i decided to stop by in person today before finding another bakery around the area. Earlier today i stopped by Cuccio’s Bakery and i saw that they had apple strudels but it wasn’t enough. There was only one girl working there and she said that i could place an order and she called the cook and i told him how i wanted them and how many pieces. I told the girl about my last two phone conversations and that i was told that the bakery won’t take orders because of the holidays. She looked very uncomfortable and said that the girl(s) who told me that was probably new. To me that makes no sense because if you don’t know something, you ask a fellow worker, manager or the owner. I placed the order but this will be the last time that i will purchase from Cuccio’s or recommend it unless i get a direct answer why this worker made up a story and that she will be punished for that. To me is sounded like she plainly doesn’t want to do work and on the holidays it is more work. I am disgusted with the lies and mad. I wonder how many customers she turned away and lied to. You can keep your worker if you want to keep loosing money.

My family has been coming here for years! This place holds a history to it and this is the best bakery you'll find by a far. Some of their items are slightly pricey but it's what you have to expect when everything there is produced and made by hand. The service here is very fast and helpful, can't ask for anything more. From everything to yummy simple pastries to big custom birthday cakes, can't say anything wrong about Cuccio's ♥️It holds a special place in my heart
I've been coming here regularly for several months now, and have ordered cakes for several occasions as well as just stopped by for a quick treat. The staff is always very nice. Cash only. Everything has been wonderful.
