I lived in the south for a while and am a bit of a bbq snob. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que definitely delivered in flavor for me. My brother ordered dish called "Pork Story" and it was aptly named: pork belly, ribs, and pulled pork. The meat is tender and beautiful and really well flavored. I appreciated the level of vinegar in the sauces. As a Memphis bbq fan I generally like dry rubs but I found the sauce really delicious and not overwhelming. Atmosphere is really casual but you get amazing bbq and I loved the sides as well! Go before a concert at Barclays and prepare to dance all the meat off!

I had been craving bbq so I stopped by before going home and grabbed some takeout here. I had been here and the Harlem location before but I hadn't had a chance to write a review. The fried green tomatoes are so delicious, and never greasy. I love the buttermilk ranch and the liberal sprinkling of pecorino Romano over the tomatoes. I also ordered a six piece wings but I had asked for them unsauced-half jerk glaze and half honey bbq. I got bbq sauce on the side but I think the wings were all jerk seasoned without jerk glaze on the side. They were still delicious but just a little tiny bit burnt. I got a small mac and cheese and potato salad as sides with it. Omg the Mac and cheese was so delicious. They sprinkled it with a bit of their rub and it made it even better. I am almost tempted to go back now and get some more lol. The potato salad was ok, not as amazing as the mac and cheese. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Will definitely go back soon.

sat down at the bar with my friend, Tall bartender acknowledged us, right good start? No! literally everyone else was already served, tall bartender paces back and forth in front of us not really doing anything and does not ask if we needed drinks, walks away and now it's 10 minutes. we decided to ask the reception staff he was nice for a table and server Christine savaged the experience

A little earlier like an hour and a half ago I went to dinosaur bbq and got their 2 meat combo with 2 sides... I got the prime brisket and pork belly plus sides of mac n cheese and BBQ beans with pork... all of it was delicious. The brisket and pork belly had a great smoky taste to it plus rich savory taste. The beans was also good too and the Mac n cheese wasn't bad. I actually got full eating half the stuff.

Fantastic food. There is a reason that this place always has a few minute wait.

I can only say Wow! Real quality ribs and burgers. Excellent beers and fair prices. It's just a little off the side of the main road, but it's really worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dinosaur-Bar-B-Que in Brooklyn for the second time in three weeks, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! To start, we tried the fried green tomatoes, a delightful appetizer that was a first for me, and I was instantly hooked! The fried Cajun shrimp were equally impressive, with just the right amount of seasoning to awaken the taste buds. For the main course, we opted for the combo platter, which offered a tantalizing selection of barbecue classics. The brisket stole the show, boasting a perfect balance of juiciness and tenderness that left us craving more with each bite. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, and the mac and cheese had a nice kick. The coleslaw and cornbread rounded out the meal beautifully, providing the perfect accompaniments to the smoky meats. Our waiter Miguel provided excellent service throughout the evening. And of course, no barbecue feast would be complete without a pint of Guinness to wash it all down! Overall, our experience at this barbecue gem was nothing short of exceptional. Our meal came to just under $50 per person. We'll definitely be back for more, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving top-notch barbecue in Brooklyn!Tip: Reservations recommendedKid-friendliness: The restaurant offered coloring pages to children.

Good food, but what's going on with the food temperatures?! I ordered a brisket sandwich, and it arrived at our table cold, not room temp, with lukewarm sauce poured on top. My side potato salad was soooo cold there were ice crystals from the freezer on top. I had to send it back to have it heated up in the kitchen. For desert, I ordered the salted caramel cookie bar. It was good minus the paper baked into the cookie, overall the cookie was hotter than the rest of my food ?. That's a first. What a weird experience, I'm bringing my food thermometer next time!

This is one of the best places for happy hour. $5-7 drinks and cocktails well made, their food is amazing and the staff is excellent. Met up with my colleagues for HH after a while of not seeing each other, had the best time catching up. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the bartender made amazing drinks. Spent $30 on what easily coulda been $70
