AMAZING!!!!!! I went there with my boyfriend las weekend and Anastasia ( I hope im spelling her name right) gave us the best customer service ever! And the cakes are delicious!!!!!!!!!!
OMGGGGG....this was some of the best cake that I've had in a few years, no exaggeration! I was craving some cake, did a Google search for "Bakery near me" and Doc poped up as the closest. As soon as I walked in, the smell was heavenly. Everything looked good but I went with the Carrot cake. It was amazing ?! Perfect! I eat cake all of the time (trying to stop) so I know good cake. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Went for the first time and was excited but unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. I heard the cashier tell someone before me that you get a free 2nd slice on your first visit—something she didn’t ask—but it was my first time and I wasn’t informed of this. Decided to just let it be. Also, since it was my first time I didn’t get how the line worked and so didn’t get service for a bit. Overall kind of sucked because first visits are important.

I like to support small Black owned businesses yet with that comes challenges. First the customer service was terrible. I wanted yellow cake with buttercream icing to serve 8. Simple cake with gold writing " Happy Birthday". The cost $98. Expensive. The gold writing was $25 which was not told to me upon placing the order in addition charged 8% convenience charge. That is absolutely absurd, twice the cost of any establishment I ever paid by credit card. When the cake was picked up I shared my ordering experience with Christopher and he was apologetic and due to the circumstances offered a slice of cake. Nice gesture. Overall the cake was delicious, Doc's employees need to inform customers of all the fees and more pleasant. 4 out 5 ?.
