I just go and pick mine up, no delivery. The guys are great. Pizza is always great. Thankful for this place. Can feed the whole family in NYC for a decent price. Great bunch of guys here. Keep up the good work.

I am pregnant and I was feeling sick that night. I ordered dominos delivery and left the guy a $10.00 tip plus paid delivery fees and he refused to even enter the lobby or the front door of my building! I offered to even come downstairs pregnant and sick and he refused! He wanted me to meet him outside in the cold. If I am going outside why I am paying delivery fees and tipping???Please read the other reviews and beware of ordering delivery from this location. I will never order dominos again. I didn’t get my food and I paid for it ! I basically got ripped off. People pay delivery fees and tip because of the service of food being delivered to their door, if I am coming outside in the cold I might as well drive and pick up my own food and avoid the fees! The customer service is disgraceful at this location. I will never order from here again.

The food here is yummy I just say and always arrives hot. It’s true about delivery they won’t leave the car but honestly don’t give them such a big tip if they’re not fulfilling the service just a few bucks for the lazy driver that’s all he needs (if that choice is yours)

Phone guy has the WORST attitude.NEVER says greetingDefinitely hung up on me after putting me on hold for 5 minutes.When he does speak it’s usually in an aggravated tone.Been a regular 2-3 times a week for a few years but I’m done. This guy is bad for business. I’ll be back when he leaves.

This franchise needs to be avoided at all costs. Last time I ordered the delivery driver called & screamed at me to leave my apartment & building & pick up my order from him on the sidewalk. This time the manager called & told me that the driver will not deliver my order to my door & again, I need to go outside to pick it up. When I told him I can't leave my apartment he still refused even after I told him I had to cancel my order. Why am I tipping (&5 on a $22 order on top of a $6 delivery charge) if they refuse to deliver to my door? I will not be ordering from the Dominos on 4th Ave in Nay Ridge ever again. I suggest you don't either unless you want to get cheated out of money. I'll be making sure my credit card isn't charged for their nonsense.

Sad. They forget to add the garlic crust on my hand tossed almost always... I call just to remind them... the notes aren't read all the time. Sometimes it isn't well done either, as requested in the notes. Truly disappointing, lol.

I’ve had multiple horrible experiences with this domino’s . Several orders of Buffalo pizza always come without any actual sauce , I’ve tried to call to complain but no one ever answers the phone . Also the delivery driver , same guy every time , is very rude to me . Always calls us down to meet him outside and even when I don’t have a tip on the receipt , but I’ll bring down some spare cash , he will say what no tip?? So for the fact that I was going to tip him in cash , I decided no , for your rudeness , no tip , and this individual cursed me out , how is he still working there ?!? They have lost our business, great job ??
