Never in my life have dealt with such horrible, rude, horrible horrible service.. I ordered a pizza at 7:35. At 8 o’clock, they said he was on his way then 10 minutes later he said one minute away. I stood outside for 25 minutes waiting.. My pizza said it was delivered when it was delivered so I called Domino’s and they said oh we will send another one. I said no thank you he goes. Oh, you don’t want it hung up on me. I will never give my money, ignorant, horrible people I’ve ever dealt with horrible customer service. I wish I could give no stars. It came an hour late cold and totally wrong

This domino's should receive negative stars! The food is fine. However, the customer service and delivery is a dumpster fire! They won't bring up your food to your apt. And if you don't get down to the lobby in time, they just leave. They should just close up shop!

Absolutely horrible the way they make food nowadays is just absolutely horrible. I don't even want to give them a one star because every time I order the pasta it is making my daughter sick and that's the only thing that she loves from there and she throws up every time she has the pasta from here, and as I've seen many reviews before that, the delivery drivers are always making excuse that they can't come upstairs and deliver hand-deliver the food. Honestly, this location should be shut down.

Terrible service. I ordered to be delivered TO MY DOOR. And even TIPPED the idiot driver to hand deliver MY FOOD. The company clearly says to choose two options and I chose for my food to be delivered at the door. Guy calls me and says come get your food, I asked him to come upstairs - he gives me a bullshit excuse how he'll get fired for coming up to hand me the food. First of all, how the hell will they know if you come upstairs or not? I know you were lying. Called the store and his coworker gave me the same BS lie. Then WHY ARE THE OPTIONS on the website??? I should've never even tipped. That's the whole point of a tip. You guys suck! Don't order from here if you want to greet him outside. And yeah it is a big deal to me, I have to get out of my home when I want to stay inside! Not ordering here again ...

I ordered today and got a phone call that my delivery driver (Asian) was down stairs. Upon answering the phone he told me to hurry up repeatedly and proceeds to hang up the phone on me. This is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not a way to talk to people. This is not my first encounter with this Asian delivery driver and he’s always been rude and highly disrespectful. They have to either get rid of this guy or have a talk with him on how to speak to people. Next time he will NOT receive a tip if he acts this way. All the other delivery drivers are great never had a problem with them except this guy.
Final straw with this place….I frequently order from this place because the food is great but I can’t deal with their phone/front desk guy.When I ask about menu prices he lets out a huge sigh and seems annoyed when he has to do his job.Put me on hold for 3 minutes, then gets back on the phone and says “I SAID, it’s on it way!” and hung up.Pretty much done with this place because of this guys work ethic.
Off the charts awful! Terrible service, staff is rude, location is dirty, and food mediocre at best, a sad mash of ingredients. My most recent order was the last straw, placed an online order for pick up and show up to have the employee there tell me it was canceled due to them getting too many orders. The store was empty and quiet when I was there, I did not see employees rushing to fulfill orders. Fine if it was an overwhelming amount of orders or for whatever reason they had to cancel, they could have at least have the courtesy to contact customers through email, text, or phone call. Instead the employee there tells me it was too many for them to contact, which means there were a whole bunch of orders which they canceled too. So they just opted to waited for the customers to show up and then inform them the order was canceled. Waste of time!Take your business to the other pizzeria’s along 13th ave or Papa John’s on 86th street whose owners is super friendly every single time I see him!

This store never delivers to the apartment door. They ask for a tip and give you the option for contact mess but would never deliver to the door. I made a formal complaint with the store manager and he called me back to demand my name and cursed me out. These ppl have no professional skills and will go out of business with their lame delivery service soon.
