The delivery people never follow delivery instructions yet I have had one harass me for a tip in one instance. It was very uncomfortable and a little scary as the way he did was a bit intimidating. Absolutely poor service and poor conduct.

DO NOT order from here, i ordered a pizza & cheesy bread yesterday and not only was my order never received but they’re liars. They claim to have your order & dropped it off when they aren’t around your neighborhood. I’ve tried calling them multiple times and they will leave you on hold, until finally picking up just to hang up. These guys are very foul and unprofessional when it comes to their job, nobody is forcing you to stay at that job if you don’t like it then leave simple.

I ordered dominoes for my husband Monday night. He saw that the delivery was leaving the store at 10:17 pm and he didn't get the food until 10.56... hmm (it is only 5 blocks away) my husband had to eat cold pizza and cold wings. Unacceptable!!! And Dominoes excuse was that they only have delivery guys in bikes. SO WHY TAKE THE FOOD OUT IN THE COLD FOR A 40MIN JOY RIDE AROUND THE AREA???? IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!

Your job is to know how to type one number and one letter. Of you are not mentally equipped for that harrowing task. Please quit and dispose of your services that don’t serve anyone .

This place has ghosted me three times now after ordering on the app and ended up delivering my food 3-4 hours later. I finally had to stop giving into my cravings for dominos when I found a cockroach baked into my pizza that I wouldn't have seen unless I got a thin crust that when I broke it apart made it visible. Grossest food experience of my life thanks a lot dominos of dekalb avenue.

The actual pizza is fine and they rarely make food mistakes, but the delivery service is awful! I had COVID and was craving pizza so I got it delivered with no contact delivery and the delivery person said that the store's policy is that everyone has to meet them outside the building. What's the point of even having a no contact option if this is what they'll do.
