This dominoes is simply an experience.Once, we ordered delivery, and it took over two hours to arrive. We called 1 hour in and asked for an update and they hung up on us and refused to answer our calls. I assume they were high but it did eventually come.Now. Recently, fearful of delivery, I ordered for pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready, but everyone in the back was fighting. I had to patiently wait 10 minute for them to stop yelling at each other. That pizza was the best dominoes I’ve ever had. The hatred and tension really added the flavor.Again. Don’t expect perfection. Expect an experience.

1544 Broadway Location for dominos pizza has the worst customer service. They will over/under cook your food and they will not care to service you better. The rude guy hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. My kids didn’t even eat it and they love pizza. Sad close this place down!!

What is this? We are highly disappointed with the meal we received. For the price this sandwich needed a little more preparation with the ingredients. Now, items from the original sandwich were removed (green peppers, cheese) but this is unacceptable. Broadway and halsey Domino's you need to either retrain and or do better than this. The area that you serve deserves better service than this.

Whenever I buy their thin crust pizza, I get the bang for my money. It is thin, crispy and delicious. I ordered the extra cheese. The service is good and their delivery time is right on the money. Always will be my pizza spot! I usually park in front of the store. Run in, run out. Speedy service. Parking will be available. Usually after 6 pm.Parking: Parking is in front of the store.

Ordered just 2 small pies. Took 1hr to get here, didn’t follow delivery instructions. They specifically state “phone ringer doesn’t work, please ring doorbell”. They never rung the doorbell. I called multiple times to which they said the didn’t see that and have a driver leaving to drop it off. Another hour later I called because I still haven’t received my order, they told me nevermind they want to cancel it. ridiculous.
