The pizza quality is what you'd expect to get from Dominos and I do appreciate that they're on the more affordable side. But the service is atrocious. No one is at the front to take your order. And even if you order carryout online, you'll still be waiting because no one is at the front. Minutes can go by and no one will come to assist you. And the kitchen is small, so they all see you. But if you get upset, then you're the one with an attitude. It's just very unprofessional.

This place is disgusting. They have POOR customer service and they clearly need a retrain on how to COOK. How can you look at this and sell this to a customer? It’s clearly under cooked and it was COLD. I was even more upset because it was a delivery order not carry out and I had to wait for over an hour for my food. This place needs new staff immediately!

I don’t know who hired the delivery people at this location but all they do is beg for tips from kids. Imagine my teenage son and his friends always ordering from this location and the delivery guys are trying to argue with kids for tips. I have to constantly go out to collect the food that way they don’t argue or harass the boys, Then they have the nerve to take almost 2 hours to bring the food from 5 blocks. Thank god I have cameras and will be able to report this. If it was for me I would never order from this location but it’s because of my location they always send them from here.

THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL. THEY MAY PICK UP AND THEN LITERALLY PUT THE CALL BACK ON HOLD AND NEVER RETURN!! THEY USUALLY FORGET THE SAUCE FOR THE WINGS AND DO NOT EVEN PUT THE GARLIC SAUCE ON THE CRUST OF THE PIZZA ANYMORE, WHICH GIVES IT THAT “MISSING TASTE” THAT I LOVED. AND ON TOP OF THAT, THE WINGS SEEM BARELY COOKED EVERY TIME!! My original location was on Nostrand Ave, which I had absolutely no issues with. I believe that location is closed so that’s why I was forced to use this location if I want Domino’s. I will no longer order from this location!!

Honest, I am bewildered by the way I was treated at this establishment. I ordered my pizza online for delivery, as I was waiting for my order. I was on my phone with a friend, next thing you know I got a text message of a picture with my food on the ground. I texted back immediately asking why they would leave my food on the ground and not call or ring my bell. I ran downstairs for my food to find it wasn't there, mind you this text was sent at 1:21pm and I got downstairs by 1:23pm. I called the number that texted at 1:24pm and asked the guy where my food was, he started to shout and was so disrespectful to me. This got me fired up and I went to the store right way. At first I was asking for a replacement and the guy was so disrespectful it was insane the treatment that they gave me, then I asked for a refund and was also denied. I asked for the manager and he told me to come back at 7pm, which I did. I got to speak to the manager who was the only one who treated me like I was human, he told me he could make my order over but at that point I don't want them touching my food after the way I was treated. I have made a claim with Dominos for my money back and will be contacting my bank with receipts. NEVER ORDERING FROM ANY DOMINOS AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

They then stated that there are several orders that must be completed before beginning work on mines. Furthermore, only one person worked there. They should just shut it down at this point. I strongly advise against going here.

Worse location ever, 2nd time I went for carside pick up and the guy comes out with the pizza sees me waving at him with my blinkers on as instructed and goes back inside with the pizza. First time they never came out. I had to go in and wait in line to get my pizza defeating the purpose of you making me enter car information and text when I arrive. If you don't offer the services the other Dominos have you should say that. Pizza is mediocre at best and no one wears gloves. I won't be going back. Sorry I can't give 0 stars

Paid for a pizza today to be delivered, the guy dropped off my pizza and when I open the box this is what I found, I had to walk 30 minutes to the store and 30 mins back with the replacement, first I called at home to make a complaint and was waiting for them to pick up the phone, I decided to stay on the phone until I got to the store, when I got there the same guy who delivered my pizza was standing not to far from the phone blatantly ignoring the call because they knew what they did. Because the pizza was for my son I just got my replace and walked back. The fact that they don’t have time to carefully carry out people’s order but are standing around stuffing food in their mouth and upon the manager arriving they scattered to get their job done speaks for itself. I believe in not taking out my frustration on everyone so when the guy who greeted me spoke to me pleasantly and made my pizza and was kind I gave him the respect he gave me. Please be careful with delivery and do pick up.

As in line with the other reviews, my experience here was terrible. Waited a whole 5 minutes before anyone even came to me even though many people saw me walk in and were doing practically nothing. Then when someone finally came, the person had an attitude. It was just cinnamon twists so I can't comment on the quality of their pizza but from other reviews..... yeah this is a location I'd steer clear of.
