This is probably the worst Domino’s I’ve ever been to. I placed an order online then went to the store to pick it up. As I’m standing there, after about 5 minutes of not even being acknowledged I asked “can I pick up my pizza?” The man comes over from cutting pizzas with a receipt and points “IS THIS YOU?” I said “no” he yells “NOT READY” so then I wait another 10 minutes, I give someone else my name. “Pizza is not ready”, I’m still checking the board and it still says “Prep” but on the side says “1-5mins” then another 10 minutes goes by, people are picking up their pizzas. I proceed to the front of the line and a different man asks for the last 4 digits of my cell and I told him, then he says I don’t have that order. I say that it shows on the screen? He then tells me that I need to wait 15-20 mins because it’s not in the oven. ATP I’m irritated. I’ve already been there for 25 minutes, I asked him to cancel it. He says OK I CANCELLED NP. then walks away, I asked for a receipt or confirmation of the cancellation. He begins yelling saying the order is cancelled. I just don’t understand how all the employees there can be so nasty. Especially when they’re in the wrong! On top of that, the pizzas I seen coming out were over cooked! Like what is really going on

I Placed An Order On Wednesday 4/3 And Never Received It. I Have Called The Restaurant Over 30 Times Since Then As It Is Now 4/5. I Have Sent In Surveys For A Refund With No Answer, Called With No Answer And Am Missing $30 For Food I Never Received. This Is A Consistent Issue With The Myrtle Location Which Is Small And Never Busy. No One Answers Phone And I Am Now Out Of My Money Due To This Stolen Order.

Terrible service, waited beyond the time given and when I called to see what was going on no one answered the phone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Agree with all the reviews. The deliver drivers gets verbal with me all the time when they deliver which is entertaining- in the lobby of my apartment - because they LIE and say there’s no parking. There’s spots dedicated for deliveries that are always open - every night. lol at the camera footage.also agree - I stop tipping bc they refuse to even come inside the building.

Do not order here. They’ll steal your money, mark your order as delivered even though it never arrives, and then refuse to answer the phone when you call to see what’s going on.

Order was marked delivered and hadn’t shown up after nearly half an hour, so I called the store, where a guy actually yelled that his driver would call me. 10 minutes later no call, so I called back— no answer, and a long hold. I tried to call 5 times again over the next 20 minutes, no answer. Suddenly on the 6th try I get a call from a driver saying he cant find my building. I guide him to the building with my giant building number on it. He asks me where I am, I tell him I’m inside my elevator building and asked him to bring the food up because I’m sick. He finds that preposterous and implies that he’ll have to leave now, because he can’t park his car on my wide open street. I say you know what, I’ll come down and get it. When I got down I encountered an Asian delivery man who spoke decent english, but when I asked him his name to mention in this review, he couldn’t quite come up with anything clear. Great location all around! Yikes.

I want a job at this dominos. Delivery drivers are paid and tipped to deliver but won’t leave the comfort of their car. Height of rudeness.

They took nearly an hour to deliver my food, even though I was right around the corner. Then, the delivery guy curses me out and complains that I took too long to come downstairs, when he was the one who took forever and wouldn't tell me where he was. I'm never ordering from this location again. They either need to hire people who have proper customer experience or they should be shut down.

The absolute worst dominoes ever to exist, the delivery guy(s) are the most disrespectful people you can come across , refuse to deliver inside private high rise building with doormen, won’t even leave the food with the front desk when asked and have instructions to do so, they always have a hand out for tip even when you leave tip ahead of the order, and have the nerve to not deliver to the door when they get tips, and it’s their job to deliver. Not even knowing your circumstances could be disabled, have young children, sick, etc.The delivery guy said “you come when I call, you not answer no food” excuse you? I just paid for the food as well as left multiple instructions to bring to the door and knock! Not call from the street. That’s how we speak to customers?And they will rob you blind with extra charges, completely missing items and when you call to fix it act as if no one can speak the same language and it just never gets fixed.I hate that this is the only Dominoes pizza that delivers within my area because it’s horrible and they are such jerks. Please get new management. New employees. New delivery drivers who actually care about their jobs. You are going to lose so many customers.

My large order never got to me.Did it through Uber eats.No one picks up the phone.The use their own delivery drivers who STEAL the food.This was confirmed by the Uber eats representative I spoke to. They said they can’t even reach the delivery drivers because this store uses their own drivers to deliver food. A “third party”, so they’re basically untouchable.I called and no one picked up the phone after being on it for about an hour. Smh.This place is a SCAM.It should be SHUT DOWN.
