One of the worst restaurant in New York worst food worst customer service. They are running a restaurant and how they can say that we are running out of vada, no busy at all restaurant is empty no other table except us. The lady on the front don’t know anything about the customer service and food and most importantly it’s an overpriced restaurant. Although it’s Dosa ROYALE but there is not royalty neither in the food not in the place.

Who ever in charge at the back office making decisions is A either lazy or B depressed. Customer service is horrible, changes to order that actually benefits the restaurant they decline to adjust. Placed an order online & called to change one dish, took about 30 seconds, they said it’s already made lol. Either they’ve got the Superhero FLASH speed / ability to cook in 30 seconds or just lazy / depressed & cannot make changes.
