Okay there's a few things about these people. So rude and they forget about your orders and have you wait 20 minutes till they ask why your standing there. Like my order dummy! Also the food is good but idk taste better and looks better at every other Dunkin' you can tell they don't care about you or the food they serve.

On google the hours state that the place closes at 9 pm, I get there one hour before close and it’s closed. Either the hours need to be updated or they are closing unauthorized due to low traffic coming in

A young man works there with braided hair....what a pleasant person..friendly, greets you as you come and even suggested an alternative to my hot chocolate and whipped cream and it was amazing.. great employee..

Visited on August 4th, 2023, at approximately 8:00 AM. Basically, morning rush.Whoever owns this spot needs to learn how to run a business. The manager is amazing. Clearly, it's whoever is above him, and below him, that is the problem. The manager greets the customers even as they are waiting in line. "Good morning!" With eye contact and a smile. He is a blessing. Manager sees a regular? He gets the order lined up and ready so the regular is in and out in an efficient manner.The staff... they need training in how to finesse fiesty customers, take orders correctly and make orders correctly. I get it. It's the corner of Atlantic Avenue and 4th Avenue. Basically the Times Square of Brooklyn. You're going to get ALL KINDS in this location. You going to work there? You have to be able to absorb the good and let the bad roll off like water on a duck. And you need to work ? lightning fast. The person making the food... was sloppy with her food handling and slow. I'm not saying get new ppl. I'm saying TRAIN these ppl and support them in doing their best. This place is never going to lose customers or money because it's one of the only spots open so early and has brand familiarity. So if you're in a rush, need your caffeine fix & want to eat a mediocre breakfast sandwich... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.We need more small business shops in this neighborhood... but that's a discussion for another day.

Listen the manager there thats my boy! Hes amazing a true blessing, super sweet to the customers!, but his workers arent the best. Theres this one little lady that always gives me the wrong thing and i work alone in the morning i cant just close up shop and walk back to dunkin becus she got my order wrong. We need better workers in dunkin. Ya hiring? Cus ill do it.
