Went in for a milkshake and they refused to make it because they would have to “wash the blender”, that’s literally what they said. Take your money somewhere else to a business that actually cares about its customers.

It was my son birthday I wanted a cake a told them they were to lazy to get up and just ignored me.
Surprised to find this was a Kosher and therefore vegetarian Dunkin Donuts. Did not know they existed.

TERRIBLE customer service. They don’t help you with anything. They will scam you I ordered on the app and they charged me twice after when I asked them to help me get my money back the employees had no idea of what to do then I asked to speak to the manager and apparently they told me they don’t even have his number.

Coffee not consistent, employees sometimes take long to get to you, sugar is sometimes not blended so it's in the bottom of the coffee, also someone raised their voice at me

This location definitely is one of the more convenient locations with it being being steps from the Q train and it's perfect to grab a drink after a long train ride. The one thing I like about this place is that it's open late, until 10pm. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a really good server who makes your stuff and is friendly. Or you get the AH I got tonight who I ordered an iced tea with stevia with, and asked me why I wanted stevia not sugar. A little tired and not feeling well, I was very much thrown off and a little offended by him asking me. That's my personal business. Not only that but to grind my gears even more, he was on the phone while talking to me with his AirPods in mid shift. When I say talking, I mean screaming on the phone in an open kitchen design where customers can hear him at full volume. I had my earbuds still in on noise cancelling mode, and his voice was still too loud. Definitely threw me off a bit, and I can understand why some customers wouldn't want to sit down to enjoy their beverage while he's having that intense conversation on the phone. But it won't stop me from coming here at all, this location is just way too convenient.
