I cannot tell you the amount of times I have ordered on the website or Uber Eats and got wrong orders. I either got someone else's order, or staff does not follow dietary instructions, or a few items are missing. Ineptness occurs pretty often. I don't know if certain items are out of stock and they just don't include the item or staff is just not great at fulfilling orders. And it seems the same issue happens in person. ALWAYS thoroughly check your order before leaving no matter how simple it is. Even if it's just a beverage you asked for, check it to be sure they fulfilled the order correctly. The staff need to work on fulfilling orders accurately.Rating for Food is a 2 because they could possibly mess up your order (missing/wrong items, missing ingredients or wrong ingredients altogether).Rating for Service is a 3 because while staff are nice in person, they lack skills to fulfill delivery orders. That is a big deal considering there are customers who were looking forward to what they had requested.Rating for Atmosphere is a 5 because the establishment seems to be kept fairly clean.

Ordering online is a joke here. I was there for 15 minutes. When they finally got my order I left with the wrong one. The cashier yelled at me for not double checking and didn’t actually get me what I ordered.Terrible experience.
