I usually go to a different Dunkin but this morning I decided to stop by this one on Ralph Ave near Ave M. I was appalled by how rude the woman taking orders was. She was a younger, Middle Eastern woman with glasses and a hajib but she didn't have a name tag so I don't know her name. I watched her start multiple orders with "What do you want?" When it was my turn to order, I said good morning to her and she responded with "What do you want?" I really don't want to think it's because we were African American but the woman behind me, who was white, got an expected "good morning" greeting from the same cashier. I did say to her it's rude to address any paying customer with "what do you want?" And in response, she smiled and said nothing. I've been to this Dunkin before but I've never met an employee that was this rude or rude at all for that matter. I hope her boss sees this so they can help her adjust her approach asap.

Very poor customer service. Last year whole waiting for my order a customer threatened to throw something at an employee because allegedly the employee was always messing up her order. This year after going several times and being somewhat satisfied with the service, I got the app and each time my order was never ready. A few months ago I tried using the app then canceled the order and walked over and checked the pick up area to confirm it was canceled. I purchased my order. Then a few days later I see that I was double charged. I filed a complaint and received a response that my complaint was referred to the store and someone would be in touch with me. No one contacted me. A few weeks ago I stopped in and purchased a dozen donuts and a box of Joe. I picked it up and when I arrived at my location, I realized no regular sugar, only diet, no stirrers, and the cups of milk were placed over the box of donuts without a protective bag and the milk spilled on the box of donuts making them wet. I bought this for my office employees--no one was interested in eating wet donuts so those went to waste. The box of Joe was overfilled and when it was opened, coffee gushed out and made a huge mess. Needless to say I will never go back to this location.

Tried this location twice. First time they had only 1 (one!) variety of doughnut remaining. At 2PM. Stopped in today because my grandson wanted a doughnut. Ordered on the app. One doughnut was the order. Stood there for five minutes until a woman asked what I was waiting for. Showed her the order on my phone. She gave me the doughnut without looking at me, just an outstretched arm, no thank you. Is it that difficult to be nice to people, to make them feel welcome? I guess so. Plus they leave crumpled dollar bills (tips, I guess. For what I don’t know) behind the counter on a shelf near the food.Service was, in its way, truly amazing.
I pass by here all the time and whether it's morning or night I'll definitely always stop by and have some Dunkin doughnuts. I may not always get a doughnut but I always get a drink for sure! The staff has been great. Every time I went in and it's a small place so there's not much ambience but it's quick and easy and I like that.
