Poor Customer Service. How could you be a donut shop named Duncan Donuts and not have any donuts ready, being prepared, or on-site from opening up? Instead, you have customers looking silly standing there with little to no options other than drinks and beverages provided. It’s disappointing for anyone to experience that despite the regular day when service is decent than poor with low energy

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been. Long line. Inside a restaurant there was a guy looked like bum and who was asking every new person who walked in for 1$.Employee burned a bacon in the oven while I was there. Slow service.

Where to begin.The problem here is that DD is near two hospitals, which have faculty, staff, students and patients. It does not make sense to only have two people working with that many customers. They need more STAFF. I was on line for 25 mins just for coffee and a donut and the donut was VERY DRY. The manager (the guy who is always cooking the food) seems overworked and out of it. He tries, but you need STAFF. I have been to other DD and really, this one is the worst. I will no longer support this store and go elsewhere. If they do not get it together, it will be closing soon.

Horrible service. I been there a few times and unfortunately I keep getting the same cashier. The one that doesn’t talk. She doesn’t greet the customers, doesn’t even say next she just looks at you that’s how you know it’s your turn to order. Lol. She doesn’t even ask how you want your drink, she just makes it.

There was one girl behind the register & people in the store. The door was open when I went it she said they were closed told us to get out. It was 4:00pm

This Dunkin Donuts is absolutely disgusting. Terrible service, no products and disgusting lobby (front of store). Walked in to order a frozen coffee to hear “We don’t have any of that.” Ordered a latte instead. When I went to order a sandwich, was told by the worker “Are you sure you want a sandwich, you don’t want a sandwich.” Absolutely disgusted about the service and feel bad for people who are bound to the hospital and are subjected to that business.
