This location has gone downhill. I used to enjoy buying my coffee here so I can sip and shop. As of late, the coffee strength is like water AND the coffee isnt creamy after adding 3 pumps of milks. Everything is watered down, not to mention, the baristas do not pay attention to the orders ie. 1 sugar versus dumping it in the cup. Very disappointed these last few months.

Ice cream was so hard the server couldn't get it out. She got tired of trying and gave me about 2/3 of what I paid for. She checked with the person in charge."He told her it was ok. The Ice cream was also freezer burned and lacked flavor .

Worst experience ever, I went to this dunkin 05/28/23 around 5:30pm and the lady that was there was on phone not paying attention to the customer, Asked for a sandwich with no egg and a refresher with liquid sugar she did put egg on the sandwich and no liquid sugar on my drink, just bc she wasn’t paying attention. Poor customer service she was yawning and i had repeat various times what i wanted. Never going back!!

I decided to sign up for the Dunkin rewards so I get to see all the specials, some that they do not post on the menu. They make a great cup of iced coffee and they have very fresh donuts.
I love this dunkin the cashier is so sweet she always makes my refresher perfect to my liking sweet and when I ask for food she makes it as I please, well done.. this is one of my top 5 shops and it's around my neighborhood so I am always excited to come here you could sit as well n enjoy your food then do some shopping thank you DUNKIN !!
