Horrible service, the guy who was serving the ice creams asked me for a small Oreo ice cream for my son and by mistake he gave me a coffee one and then he didn't want to change it for me, he said that my son and I told him coffee something that I liked coffee I don't even like my 7-year-old son… the Manager was there and unbelievable, I had to throw away the ice cream after paying almost 6 dollars and buy another one for my son…. The cashier was very kind, she apologized to me... for how they acted... those people's hunger can be seen on their faces... I paid double but that's nothing it doesn't matter I can pay up to 3 times the problem is that he didn't admit his mistake he is not prepared to work!!!! ?

The ice cream is super good, I always go for ice cream, as for the coffee, they should improve the cappuccino, they do it only with milk, nothing to do with it, the service can improve, they are always annoying, and the atmosphere needs

Google I have sympathy for you but not empathy. I cannot relate to a machine. I am as irrational as they come. although my behavior can be studied, spat out Into the ether of cyberspace and spotted like celestial detritus seen sputtering across the stratosphere through the telescope lense of bored nerdy child only to be analyzed briefly then forgotten about just as quickly, when it comes down to it- past performance does not predict future events.
