I used to actually go here at least 3 to 4 times a week until one morning I went and couldn’t understand why they had a homeless man in there shedding his skin with the skin on the floor in a pile very unsanitary and disturbing I asked why are you guys not saying anything or having him removed and the lady in the video a worker says what are we supposed to do me and another customer responded call the police the precinct is around the corner I contacted corporate through email and they wanted me to call some 800 number basically nothing was done don’t eat from that location 643 manhattan ave Brooklyn ny

This is the place to go if you like a filthy environment, painfully slow service ( 15 mins for one sandwich, empty store no less) and rude workers ie: throwing your food at you.

They use to make great coffee ☕️ but they have knew workers that are slow and don’t listen to what exactly you want. Poor English speaking. Over all it’s open early. There are better Dunkin’s out there! Good luck ?

I love DD but I routinely walk out of this place due to the bad service. Rarely do they get an order right the first time. Total negligence by management.

If I could put no stars I would. I am hoping the manager of this Dunkin' doughnuts would read this review. I rarely, if ever go to a Dunkin' doughnuts, but I have a friend who gets coffee there every morning and I want to buy her a $20 gift card. I walk in to this DD on Manhattan avenue and there is one person who is ahead of me and got served . He leaves with his order. I thought I was next, since I was the only one there and ready to be served. The girl at the register, I guess decided that it was time to do some work. So she starts pouring milk in to containers, I'm standing there for at least 5 minutes, she looks up and I know she sees me, but just keeps doing what she's doing, never acknowledging me, never once saying I'll be right with you. NOTHING!! You need to train your staff, or you need to hire people who are able to serve customers . She was clearly incompetent. I do not recommend this location for people who go in to this DD.
Go there when it’s like about 2 hours before closing never can get a latte cuz machines being cleaned. Some workers have an attitude problem.

Busy breakfast hours, most of the places were so packed so I have no choice to come to Dunkin's. I had Croissant with sweet maple bacon and eggs breakfast, waiting time is a bit long I guess another customer order something easier than me, lol.

When we visited there were 2 employees talking on the phone with their family or friends while working. Then when we ordered they tried to charge for a different drink and didn’t know how to make the drink. After the drink was good but caused me stomach problems. I wouldn’t recommend this place they aren’t really serious about the job, the place was messy and garbage bins were packed to the brim.
