While I was there, it was a really nice and cozy spot, and it's very spacious. Additionally, they have outside seating, which is something we don't see all that often. The staff was great, but I think they need more people there, as there were only two staff members. It looks really stressful if I were behind the line, competing between online orders and in-person orders. So, I really do think they need at least two other people just for the sake of having extra help. Otherwise, it was a really great Dunkin' in a nice area. Would definitely come again.Kid-friendliness: It's a kid-friendly place, partly because of the outside seating, which offers a wide-open space. This makes it great for springtime gatherings with friends, where you can enjoy the atmosphere together.Wheelchair accessibility: While there is no ramp, there is also no step preventing a person in a wheelchair from being able to get in. The doors are also wide enough where it's possible for individuals with wheelchairs to enter, along with carriages for those bringing their children.

It has gotten so so expensive. We just ordered ice cream and received a pittance for a much higher price than we usually pay. Prices have been creeping up but to get so little..no thanks!

It's gotten so expensive. We just went for ice cream and couldn't believe how much we were charged for 2 scoops. Insult to injury, they gave us practically nothing. We've been going since they opened but we won't be back!

Order here weekly and mobile orders always made in record time. They are super friendly and patient despite hectic crowds from busy moms with kids running loose and all the schools nearby.

The staff appears to be "trained" to not honor DD corporate promotions. They will give you what you ordered but deliberately charge you for something else instead. That way the item that you expected to be free with the current promotion, ends up costing you money out of pocket. I reached out to DD customer service twice about this and both times they assured me that someone from that location would give me a call. Sure enough, nobody ever called. This was over a year ago and I haven't been back to this store (or any other Dunkin location in that matter) since then. This is a company that is clearly on its way out.

This place is horrible. I ordered food several times and have yet to get the actual items that I order. Something’s either missing or they give the opposite of what is ordered. Mind boggling.

My goodness this place is just the worst. Rude rude rude. And dirty but its DD so that's par for the course. But the attitude is just insane. Awful service.

CREEP DONUTS. Extremely rude and unsanitary. They seem to hate their customers. Wonder why then they would choose to buy a franchise and serve the public. Shame. I wish someone else owned it. I usually love dunkin donuts. This one is just terrible.
