I stopped coming here two years ago because three straight times I ordered on their app. Three straight times I wait and wait-sure it was busy, but people behind me got their order ahead of me. And every time my coffee appears, but no bag with my doughnut. Because they they always seem to be out of chocolate glazed. But they do not offer this pertinent information; they put the coffee cup down and go about their business. Leaving the responsibility with me to attract someone’s attention who is in the mood to look into the situation. “We’re out of chocolate glazed.” Plus the place is not kept clean. And their awning is ripped and dirty. And invariably there is a guy out front begging. Horrible place.Parking: Usually parking available out front.

When I pulled up to Dunkin' Donuts, my initial impression was slightly nerve-racking, but I attributed it more to the neighborhood than the establishment itself. Surprisingly, there wasn't much of a line at 5:30 a.m., but the service was a bit slow. I placed a simple order for an extra large black coffee and an everything bagel with cream cheese, yet it took longer than expected. However, I must say that the staff was friendly and accommodating. The girl who made my bagel apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. Despite the slow service, I have no qualms about returning to this location, as I will be frequenting it for the next few weeks while working in the area.

I doooooooon’t like coming to this Dunkin . My order is NEVER right. I ordered an English Muffin with sausage and cheese. The lady at the register was so busy watching everyone else that I had to repeat myself like 3 times. I reiterated NO EGG. I also ordered hash browns…Picked up my order… the sandwich had eggs. Told them I’m allergic, the cook takes the egg off?? No please make a new sandwich, i received attitude…and the hash browns weren’t even in the bag. I was told I hadn’t ordered them. Bruh.

The employees are amazing despite 90° temperature inside the establishment. Get these workers air conditioning!!! The owners should be ashamed!!

I hate to leave a bad review but I come here for breakfast quite often and the staff is not well trained they struggle with communication and taking orders. Management needs to use downtime to train and get a strong leader behind the counter to turn things around and get the staff on the same page. Customers frequently get upset here about the service I think this is urgent matter. Looking forward to having better service and a more confident crew for my future visits.

Order wasn’t complete 10 assorted munchkins and a croissant bacon egg and cheese also a a small chai latte it’s upsetting that money was taken off a card for door dash and can’t get the items missing or refund of money . I tried calling no answer at all .the photo shows which items were not delivered and money spent a lot of money

I didn't buy supermarket donuts because I want really fresh donuts. That was not the case with these donuts. The donuts tasted stale at 12pm, like the were from the day before. So disappointing and the cashier wasn't nice. What a shame.
