Don't go to this place, they give you tips on every meal you order and to make matters worse, it's food stored for days and its texture is very noticeable and its flavor. Choose another restaurant, this one here is very expensive and the food is bad.

Do NOT come here at all costs!! - We dined in and waited ONE HOUR for our food - we were the only customers dining in at the time. Most of all - THEY GIVE TAKE OUT MENU WHILE DINING-IN (allowing customers to think these are the prices) AND TACK ON 3-4 DOLLARS EXTRA ON EACH PLATE !! Beware of this!! My boyfriend got the casuela (advertised, $22 we were charged $27) and I got the seco (advertised, $13 I was charged $17). Completely ridiculous. And our bill at the end of it all was $88, not including tip. Another Ecuadorian appetizer was completely atrocious that we got: fried yucas and maduro con queso. It looked sad and horrific on the plate and of course, this was upcharged to about $8 per plate. Please change your menus to reflect prices accordingly if people are dining in and DON'T try and advertise Ecuadorian food when it's really Dominican. For all you reading this - just avoid this place!!! - NO ONE should be waiting ONE HOUR for any food, even when there's seriously no customers around. Either your restaurant needs to staff some more people in, and really consider changing your dine-in menus to reflect prices accordingly. This business will dig their own grave operating it this poorly and dishonestly. BOTTOM LINE: Don't come here!!

Black Wings

The food is not useful, it is stored, very salty, I went to eat a flag and a llapingacho. The truth is, it is terrible. I do not recommend it. The food is ugly and cold. I think it is stored. You should check with the New York Department of Health.

Great service! Despite being a little busy at times and having a smaller kitchen staff the food is prepared in a timely manner. I always love stopping by for dinner supporting local business and catching a soccer game!

The food tastes good, but the portions it sells for the price they charge is very small, I bought a goat dryer and there were only 3 meats in my bowl, it was more of the sauce and not to mention the picada, ufff 2 chicken thigh the small ones from the wings and 1 wing, 3 pieces of pork, a little bit of beef and the rest mote and fried yellow plantain all together on a tray because it was to take out. A disaster. There is another restaurant where I usually go called La Canoa in Ridgewood, is excelent, but it is far away and this one was recommended to me and the truth is that I am not very comfortable.
