We got an açaí bowl for my baby, the blueberries looked like raisins, I tried one, it was passed bad, same as the bananas, we had to throw away the whole thing.

Great smoothie spot hidden in the corner of dekalb market hall by the back escalator. I got the summer fling and it was the perfect consistency and very refreshing. I definitely want to come back and try more!

To be honest? On display they show fresh fruit, but we both took smoothies and it tasted like diluted green banana with strawberry seeds.. peanut butter flavor was barely noted.. on top of it the process took a long time.. (I would walk few minutes to Hawa King Smoothies, they take 1 minute to prepare and the flavors are BOOM). The lid is leaking, they should use those sticker machines instead.. straw is too thin.. we both trashed it before the halfway. Too pricey for such subpar product. Disappointed and I don’t recommend ????♀️????♀️

The base was not blended completely, so there were frozen chunks that I could not bite into. Value (3 out of 5): Kind of small serving for $8. This place is soooo delicious. The prices are fair and the workers are always super friendly. They even agreed to give me my smoothie in a bottle if I doubled my order - creative! I always treat myself to this place when I'm in the area.

Essex Squeeze is a welcome vendor in the market hall offering healthy fresh smoothies, bowls and toasts! The most reasonably priced avocado toast (about $7) that’s freshly prepared in front of you with generous ingredient portions and seasoned well. Definitely a relief from some of the other price gouge-y spots in here.
