Cashier is very disgusting & rude as if you're doing her a favor. I Said good afternoon & she just watched me with her hardened face. The younger one doesn't say anything because she know she is a disgusting person with a bad attitude. Cashier asked me cash or card & I said tap because there is a big sign that say tap accepted/preferred. She then proceeds to tell me my card doesn't work with her machine. Load of bs. I walk away to take my money elsewhere she calls me back & says. Sir ! She pulls out another machine & the card works. BS. She then proceeded to tell me next time walk with my card & I said no next time select the correct machine that you need to & fix your terrible attitude is bad for the atmosphere around food. Food is hit or miss. It's a buffet so if they don't bring out the food right away it sits there for while & they gravy isn't even turned. They always walk right up under you & behind u while you take out your food. Why am I being monitored. Food: 7/10 on a good day Service: negative 1/10 Ambiance: honestly 9/10 but the negativity brings the place down. Save your money & go to fisherman cove next door. You'll get your money worth. Less expensive taste better & FAR BETTER SERVICE

I actually like their food ! But honestly I can give my money to rude people no matter how good the food is . I absolutely love supporting black businesses but these mfs have a really bad attitude!! I will miss the food but with the price I pay for this food they can at least treat the customers with some decency and respect.

Buffet style ,all food on the menu is tasty . They have a wide variety of food, that caters to everyone even vegans. The staff is very friendly and professional. One of my favorite Jamaican restaurants.I highly recommend this restaurant

The food is good. It has a decent selection to choose from. You have to wash your hands before serving yourself. That's a plus for me ! The lady at the checkout service needs some customer service classes. She never smiles or greets you. I have to say thank you , have a nice day. I'm lucky if I get a response in return. The food is by weight . So be wary of how much you put in your food container. It's expensive !!Vegetarian options: There is a small salad bar . But plenty of steamed vegetables. There are some fish options too.

Best food in Brooklyn.There's not a meal that I haven't liked yet!Guaranteed likeness for anyone coming for the first time.Sometimes they give free beverages depending on how much you spend.Even before you pick your food, they have a sink with sanitizing liquid soap in which all patrons have to wash their hands.They also supply the paper towels to dry your hands.The place is very clean, well organized, with the staff being very pleasant, yet professional at the same time.I found out about this place during the COVID season, and had never seen it before but I have been coming back almost every day for almost 3 years now!Vegetarian options: They have selections that is just vegetables.Dietary restrictions: They have a fruit section, salad section and there's vegetables which you can pick from.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no steps or hills that you have to go up or down because it's on the ground floor.
