Ordered a salad for delivery that said it came with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, and onion. There was then a mandatory add-on item of 50 cents so I selected pineapple, and when the salad came it was just lettuce and pineapple with none of the other items that are supposed to be part of the salad. We called to let them know and they were incredibly rude saying it was my fault because apparently I was supposed to add on each of the “included” items myself. Horrible customer service, and another item in our order was totally wrong as well. The attitude was really the main reason I had to write a review though.Dietary restrictions: Got an order wrong which ignored the dietary restrictions listed in the notes, couldn’t eat.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese. Pizza clearly had regular cheese on it (if you’re dairy free, you KNOW the difference?)I called to let the man working there know and he was SO rude and disrespectful, telling me it was my fault, baby I got the receipts to prove it and I did (I even paid extra for it) and he still tried to tell me that I hadn’t asked for it and that was my fault somehow? Insane response, so defensive, so nasty and so rude.

I love this place. Very good price for the quality. I always order their chicken salad because they are generous with the ingredients and it‘s pretty good. The curly fries, fried chicken and burgers are really good. They also have a delicious “piece of cake” ice cream. The people who work there are nice and respectful.

Food is very delicious, never ate something bad here. Unfortunately they are not careful with packaging (forgot some items i ordered and cutlery even though i asked for it) and a little stingy with side sauces. But DELICIOUS.
