The reviews are right. This place has great tasting food! We got the J*** chicken with rice and peas and plantains. We also got the wings with Rasta Pasta and plantains. Everything was on point and super flavorful. I highly recommend the wings - they are the best thing we got and the best wings you can get. I will say it was a little more expensive than usual but the portion sizes were good and the food tasted great so its worth it. Highly recommend trying this place.

Excellent. Simply Put. I hesitated writing this review cause this is a neighborhood gem. RASTA PASTA best I've tasted in a restuarant... have had some home made that edges it out but excellent excellent caribbean food.Jerk Chicken (On Point)... Curry Chicken (on point)... most people are able to do one or the other. There mac and cheese (on point)... customer service is excellent. CURTIOUS staff... who always greet you pleasantly... I say that cause some places make you feel like they doing you a favor. If your in the neighborhood Def stop in for a bite. If you not make your way over... it's take out but it's Def worth it. And the prices are good especially during this inflation cycle we going thru.

Someone I know suggested I tried this place, so I actually did. I'm used to walking to the competing restaurant across the street that sells hispanic food. In any case, you can't go wrong and it is worth taking a trip out to this spot for stuff that brings you to food euphoria with a light mild kick. There's no seating inside. It's only take out. I'll look to revise my review after a few more trips.Except for a lack of prices posted (or I was just blind not able to see them), their selections are decent. The setup looks reasonably clean. I first bought the goat curry with beans and rice. It was a little pricey for the small size, but it also tasted really good and it was filling for lunch. It's better to pay the extra 2 bucks for the next size up. I'm told that the food taste a whole lot better asking for gravey from the Ox tail over the chicken, but it might take a few tries for me to get the combination right just from the description.

I had the j*** salmon and it was a nice big juicy piece. The veggies were nice and fresh and the rice was flavorful. The price point was good for the amount of food I received as well and the staff is always pleasant.

Where can I begin with this little gem situated in East New York Brooklyn? This restaurant is a game changer to other so called Caribbean Restaurants located within the area. Their food is delicious, the staff is courteous and portion size you get your money's worth. Overall the food is tasty and properly seasoned no bland tasty food at Fyah my favorite quick grab to go on a Friday is their J*** Chicken. Customer fuh life!!????
