While the delivery was impressively fast, I was disappointed with the quality of the food.The rice in the sushi was not fresh; it was hard and rubbery, which significantly detracted from the overall taste and texture of the sushi. Additionally, the salmon roll had very small pieces of salmon, and the salmon skin salad lacked flavor. The salmon skin itself was over-fried, overly salty, and had an unpleasant aftertaste, likely from the container it was stored in.Unfortunately, these issues ruined the sushi experience for me, and I will not be ordering from Ginza again.

First time checking out this place since they had decent reviews. This restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and there was not a long wait time for the food. We had a special roll with eel it was good. The miso soup was also nice. Unfortunately the rice that came with the slabs of sushi wasn’t good. The rice wasn’t tender and the slices of fish were extremely cold giving it almost a ‘just out of the freezer’ texture that was not appetizing at all. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish my meal. Disappointed.

Ordered Yaki Udon with ramen and California roll on grubhub. Didn't know that yaki Udon was not a soup based ramen dish. So that is my mistake for not reading the menu correctly before ordering, not the stores fault. Couldn't return the food, so I might as well try it. It was very bland and just didn't taste good. I only managed to eat a fourth of it. Hopefully, next time will be better.

I have always noticed this restaurant but never thought of anything. However my sister in law was in town and we wanted to go someplace close. We came here and we were all impressed. Sashimi was amazingly delicious. Not only is the sushi amazing but so are their hot meal options.

The sushi is fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, the service is perfect.After a meal, a good local place to check out is the beautiful harbor on Emmons Ave - perfect for a scenic waterfront stroll, where swans, ducks and other birds make an appearance :)Vegetarian options: Veggie sushi, tempura options, seaweed salad, miso soup. Try their sweet potato roll, peanut avocado roll, mango roll, cucumber roll, etc. They're all delicious!
