I ordered takeout at the store and had my food within 10 minutes! The food was also a good portion and their teriyaki sauce was pretty good. Next time I'll get the extra spicy, if you like spice I'd recommend going up a level!

Not bad, but was really average. About $13 for a bowl of rice with chicken thighs, and the chicken to rice ratio was not perfect with there being more rice than chicken. The salad was a nice side too. Service was a bit slow but it was lunch time, so to be expected. Ambiance is also minimalist and trendy, good for a quick bite.

Really impressed! I needed a quick bite, and this was perfect. Fast, healthy, and super good quality chicken, rice, and a side salad with my favorite ginger dressing. I paid $13.88 after tax for my dinner- better than a lot of other fast casual spots in NYC.

Not worth $14 for chicken teriyaki. I guess you should pay $3 for more meat. Very small portion it tasted good though.

Love going here for quick easy and healthy food. Would get this over any other bowl in the city. Great staff here too.

Delicious and filling bowls! Lots of protein choices. You can customize how spicy you want your teriyaki sauce and what salad dressing you want. The place itself is bright and welcoming with plenty of indoor seating that's suitable for solo diners or small groups. Grass fed beef bowl was yummy, excited to try more!

Got groceries at Whole Foods one block away. Was about to walk to the L train when I saw the logo of "Glaze Teriyaki" right across the street. So, I decided to stop by for lunch. It's a decently small space but there're 7 tables with benches and stools. 3 long tables and 4 short, round tables in total. If you're lucky enough, you might be able to find a wall outlet next to where you're sitting. Been to the Union Square location before, didn't have a good experience there. However, I thought I should give this chained eatery another chance before saying no altogether. Glad I had gone to a different Glaze Teriyaki location instead because I've liked the Williamsburg spot way better than the Union Square one. Ordered the hidden fjord salmon (protein), white rice (w/ side of mixed greens) as the base, carrot ginger (salad dressing), and regular teriyaki sauce. They've different proteins from chicken thigh, filet mignon, ora king salmon, pork ribs to organic tofu. Menu is simple and straightforward. Sometimes, a great meal is just rice or mixed greens with the protein. You would place a food order when going in, order with cash or card, and wait for your food to come out. The utensils (forks, knifes, and spoons, & chopsticks) and napkins are all placed in the front counter. Whether you're vegan/vegetarian or a 24/7 carnivore, you're bound to find something you would like. I chose to eat here instead of taking it to go because I felt like the portion wise tended to be bigger compared to people's takeout orders. Additionally, it looked more appetizing as a whole in the rounded dish for eating it here anyway. Salmon was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Nothing was overcooked and didn't taste like piece of rubber. Mixed leafy greens were crisp and fresh with a refreshing dose of carrot ginger dressing. As for the white rice, it could've been cooked a little firmer because some parts were mushier in the middle but still very tasty. The regular teriyaki sauce tasted just fine and just enough savory sweetness with the salmon. Didn't pick the spicy or extra spicy version as I couldn't really eat spicy stuff in general. I like how there's a DIY sauce station on the side for customers to pour more teriyaki sauce in their bowl if necessary. Interior design is clean, comfy and simplistic: white tiles, light brown wooden wall, and white marble tables. There're tall plants and small plants by the entrance/exit, as well as potted plants on the side. Makes you feel like you're eating lunch in the backyard under the warm sun. Clean single restroom stall in the back. Everything was neatly stacked and organized on the shelves. Very fast service from super friendly staff. They greeted me with a smile and that made me feel welcoming. I can totally see myself keep coming back to this place for lunch or dinner whenever I'm in Williamsburg. P.S. Any main/protein can be prepared as gluten free (GF) upon request!!! - Until next time!!! -

Very bad service, will not return to this particular location again. Especially the very tall girl, and there is another girl that’s having an attitude too. Love their food, salmon is very fresh, but not coming back because of their bad service.

Usually, this is my go-to meal after a workout; quick, healthy(ish) and a good portion of protein, unlike places like Cava or Chipotle. BUT, I woke up this morning feeling deeply unwell from the chicken thigh bowl I had last night. I don't get crazy spicy for the sauce or anything, so I think, unfortunately, it's food poisoning.
