expected atmosphere from a traditional chinese restaurant. it’s chaotic with loud chinese music, guests who are waiting for tables are just everywhere, and the food is what you expect. we came for dim sum on chinese new year and didn’t wait actually because we were a big group. the downside is at one point they straight up said the kitchen couldn’t keep up so dim sum came around somewhat slowly.

Parking: Parking lot does not exist. It is off of a busy street however there are residential areas nearby to look for street parking if you dont want to pay for timed parking.Service: Service was good. Our table was frequently checked on. None of the carts skipped us.Atmosphere: Typical dimsum atmosphere. Place was busy. There is typically a wait to be seated. Bathroom is on the lower level and was cleaner than anticipated.Food: Food was fine. Nothing was underdone. Typical dimsum quality. You can do dim sum, order from the menu or both.

The food is very good. Seasoning, quality, freshness are all on point. The one gripe I have with this place is that the food is very oily. My mouth would be coated with oil after a couple bites and if you don't accompany the food with some fizzy its actually quite tough to take down.

The food was very ordinary and the service was very ordinary. I got a plate of red rice sausage and it turned out to be cold. Then I asked the waiter to order a plate of red rice sausage but they didn’t bring it until I finished the meal and left.

Our local dim sum spot with classic favorite dishes. Recently held an event in a private room for about 20 people and we were pretty impressed by the fast and attentive service! We ordered maybe too much dim sum (though guests happily brought leftovers home) and a few bigger entrees: mayo shrimp was excellent, lobster sticky rice was a hit, yi mein stirred up a debate (you either LOVE it or feel like they resemble rubber bands). Outside of a private event, this is our usual go-to. It can get pretty busy on weekday mornings!

We were assigned one of the basement rooms that held 3 tables and a karaoke system.Ordered the typical items for birthday dinner. Longevity noodles, walnut shrimp w ? Dungeness crab w sticky rice, some veggies, pretty sure it was roasted duck and not the peking duck we ordered, lobster, pork chops, lamb chops. Every single dish was served luke warm or room temp, lacking in flavor and "wok hay". Midway through dinner, a cockroach floated down from a vent and thankfully did not land on the food.Best thing about the meal was the karaoke system.
