I came to get boba for me & sister & unfortunately we couldn’t purchase anything due to them accepting cash only at the moment. But I’ve been to this location before the cashiers are very nice, the spot itself is very small, you should get your order & go lol. & also parking availability is HORRIBLE, this location specifically is always crowded inside the spot & outside

AVOID this place!!! I love gong cha drinks, BUT the workers at this location are simply terrible!!! I came there to get coffee for my dad. My father is DIABETIC, meaning he cannot eat anything that contains sugar. I told the girl that the coffee should be without sugar. While I was waiting for my order, I heard a conversation between this girl and the guy who was making the drink. It seemed to me that the guy knew he put the sugar in by mistake, but the girl didn't care, they smiled at each other. I doubted that this was so, because I don't understand English fluently. So to make sure I was wrong, I came up and once again said for sure that the drink should be without sugar. She said she knew. When my drink was ready, I asked for the third time if it was without sugar, she said don’t worry, the coffee is without sugar. When my father took a couple of sips, he said that the coffee seemed sweet to him. I told him not to drink it. A few minutes later his blood glucose was 300 mg/dL!!!!!! This is DANGEROUS to life. She lied to me. It was March 10th around 4pm. GIRL, if you're reading this, SHAME ON YOU.

Usually they give great service and product however I went in today and ordered my usual 2 dirty brown sugar milk teas but was only given a regular brown sugar milk tea. I had to go all the back to get it fixed but when I got back to my destination on of the teas were open and unsealed. Just check you order and seal before you leave ??‍♀️

Probably the only good drink shop in Flatbush since most of the other food places feel too fattening.

If I could give a negative star I would! For this being the only bubble tea spot in my neighborhood, what a damn shame! The place always looks a hot mess, staff always on their phone, don’t know how to address guest. Why do you condone your staff being rude to people? Especially for the ridiculous prices. I hope a kung fu tea or any other place opens up close by and shuts your store down. If this was a white neighborhood, you would’ve bucked up and served your guest better! Why do you always freaking have Drinks advertised, when they don’t exist and then have your staff overcharge? What lousy place, I’m going to make sure, no one comes here!

This specific location needs to be closed down, or to save it get entirely new staff. The customer service is straight garbage and most of the staff have an unwelcoming attitude. I went in to place an order on 8/16/23 for two Little Star Fruit Tea. I’ve gotten it before and have came across it being inconsistent depending on who’s making it. But because I’ve order it before, I’m familiar with how it should be priced. They tried to price gouge me today and have me spend (no exaggeration) nearly $20 for two large Little Star Fruit Tea. I caught it immediately and asked why it was so much and the guy with glasses who worked there gave me a weak explanation by saying “the system is charging me this much.” Come to find out after hearing him babble through his explaining that apparently they don’t have the drink anymore (even though it’s literally being advertised in their window as I write this with no mention of if being discontinued) and that he had to build it from scratch. His solution was to charge me basically $20 for the two beverages when that total should have been $14 and change. Needless to say I walked out and don’t recommend anyone to go too this location. Whoever the owner is, get rid of your current staff before they cost you your business.

Drink options are not bad, but the customer service needs a lot of work! I’m sure you have a locations that are not like this, only cause it’s in the hood. And false advertising to add… why do you have signs up for drinks that don’t exist or you can’t make?

Very powdery, nothing special, close to 7$ for a powdery mess. Cashiers too busy carrying a full on conversation when I was standing in front to order. So I was waiting for them to finish, but they kept on talking and talking amongst each other. Store was empty. They don't even bother to pay attention to the task of their simple job. Simple customer service.
