My friend and I went there for lunch (dimsum). When we got there, we got seated quickly, and the ladies who pushed the carts came and asked us what we would like to eat. The dimsum is good and would recommend!

My friends and I dined here last Saturday for dim sum. We got there around 11:30am and were happy we got a table. The place filled up fast. I was excited to try a new dim sum spot. The ambiance is nice. My friend explained to me that you have to let the ladies with the carts come to you instead of us going to them. Some of them walked by and asked us if we wanted anything. There was this one lady who just skipped our table every single turn. She made it obvious. The worst part was that she had good food on her cart. I didn't appreciate her behavior. Each time the ladies gave us something off their carts, they marked our bill sheet. One lady marked our sheet incorrectly so my husband had it corrected. There are regular dishes, large dishes, and specialty dishes. It's good to know which is which so you don't overpay. The food was good for the most part. We each got what we liked. I enjoyed their shrimp shumai, sesame balls, egg tarts, eggplant stuffed with shrimp, and shrimp rolls. They were quite flavorful. We also ordered an entree from their regular menu - salted fish and chicken fried rice. The quantity was good but the taste was so so. I've tasted better. I may dine here again... not sure.

Dim sum is pretty solid here. Chicken feet, shrimp dumpling, siu Mai and char siu were pretty good.

I have been coming here for years and it's honestly my go to dinner / dim sum place in Behsonhurst. The staff is extremely welcoming and they constantly are trying out new dishes. The place itself is not HUGE so definitely recommend making a reservation in advance if you plan to come here with a huge group of people. They are super accommodating and the staff is so kind and the service here is A+ especially for dinner. They are constantly checking in on you and making sure that you have everything you need; constantly asking the table if they need new dishes etc. The food is delicious as well and the presentation is lovely as well. I don't think that you can go wrong with anything on the menu but some of my favorite items are the walnut shrimp, the long life noodle (it comes with crab meat and so delicious), any of the seafood dishes are great (Dungeness Crab, Sauteed Flounder Filet - the fish is super tender), Fillet Steak (one of my favorites - the meat is so tender and the sauce is amazing). The dim sum is also delicious as well - you cannot go wrong with the items that you order. Overall - great vibes; highly recommend checking this place out.

This place is not too bad and their dim sum is surprisingly quite good! They don’t have a take out menu for dim sum though so you would need to check with them if they have what you’re looking for. Their har gow is quite good and has a substantial amount of shrimp in there. I also like getting their roasted duck to-go and that’s quite tasty as well. Their service is quick and efficient. Also, their restaurant front says “Good Day Seafood Restaurant” but their menu says “New Day Seafood Restaurant”. It’s the same place.

Pretty unique dishes! We came here for a family gathering and got to try many different canton dishes. The wait staff was super attentive and offered wet towels and additional napkins when the eating got messy

Great place and not jammed packed like the places on 8th ave, if you can get to here much easier to find parking and a table. Instead of the usual 1+ hour waiting at the other dim sum places. The staff were quick and friendly, they seem to do a lot of take out which might be the reason for less waiting for a table.

This is an old fashioned Cantonese -style Chinese & dim sum restaurant in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Nothing modern or inventive here. There's a limited choice of adequate dim sum and economical plates of Cantonese classics on white rice. Alas, as is often the case, there was no ginger ale or chili oil!
