I went to Han Dynasty to order takeout, honestly not expecting much since I usually get food there. However, I HAD to ask for my cashier's name. Jose was amazing. He took good care of us, and thanks to him I got out of my comfort zone and tried the Hans Chicken which I believe is a new dish. A new favorite of mine. He made sure we didn't have any allergies, went through the menu with some family members who ate there for the first time... It was just wonderful service. You don't find that often anymore. If I could give more stars, I would! Well done guys.

One of the best Chinese restaurants nearby. It's definitely comparable to those restaurants in Sichuan, China, even better. Try hot sauce beef! It's the goat.

The food is good, large portions. The service was absolutely amazing, the waiter made sure all questions were answered and was so sweet. The space is clean, full bar, and can be casual or can be for a dressy date.

Usually Han Dynasty is a great place to eat! It took us 1 hour to get our order, then my mung bean was not right, but the owner was wonderful and apologetic. But I would have rather paid full price and get what I ordered. Will think hard before going back again.

Can a really good Chinese restaurant exist in a food hall? Does lines out the door mean they serve delicious food? I have asked this question every time I glided down the escalator at Citipoint on my way to Trader Joe's. Then I went in Han Dynasty's website and read the following: 'Our Brooklyn location offers a full bar, space for up to 80 guests, and features a hip hop vibe amongst local artwork and comfy booths, banquets, and the best Sichuan fare in Brooklyn. ' Today I was, you guessed it, on my way to Trader Joe's and decided to check this Dynasty out. I reviewed the menu and saw they offered my fave, Dan Dan Noodles. I entered @1:30 and the place was slightly busy. I didn't want to wait for a table thus opted for bar seating. I was taking the scene in: large party of 12 to my right, large party of 6 to my left and another diner at the bar. The kind waitress took my order, placed my chopsticks, plate and utensils ( see folks, that's the way it should be done, don't ask, bring my chopsticks, love that! ) down and iced water with lemon arrived. First impressions, wow! I picked up my chopsticks and then my server was mixing my Dan Dan noodles in a wok like bowl ( love that part two). I then started to twirl my noodles and voila! that first taste: yummmmmm! Just the right amount of chili oil and sesame paste and oodles of noodles. Downright delicious! Sitting at the lovely bar was also delightful and decided the next time I come I will be tasting one of their cocktails. HD offers lunch specials starting at $12.95 and a variety of Sichuan staples such as Mongolian Beef, dumplings, fried rice varieties and a Happy Hour weekdays from 4-7pm. Han Dynasty is a perfect addition to the Dekalb Food Hall and is adjacent to Trader Joe's.

The place made me felt like I went back in the times. The place was superrr cooollll. They had a Photo Booth next to it, the photos came out superr cutee. Drumrrrooolllll to the one and only chili oil dumplings. It was one of best dumplings ever. I doubted if it would taste good but it was straight up a chef’s kiss. The Thai tea was a ride to heaven. The structure of the chicken noodles was perfect, the chicken was so fresh. They gave a complimentary tea, it felt refreshing.

Food was okay, not as good as I expected for traditional Chinese food . A little overpriced compared to others.

This location at first looks like gentrified asian szechuan but pleasantly surprised when the food came out. Service was impeccable like American establishments. Priced on the higher side but fair given the location. Setting is great. Decor is pretty. Suitable for date nights. Food is flavorful. Spicy af in the best way. They stuck to traditional Szechuan ingredients and these dishes hit so damn well. If you're looking for some good szechuan in the downtown bk area, drop by this mall spot and get your trader joes shopping done right after!

AMAZING food and PHENOMENAL service. my server Chloe slayed the house boots down and didn't leave a single crumb. She was super great about allergies and super friendly and funny. She deserves a raise (use the funds I have spent on fried rice alone at this establishment ). I LOVE HAN AND CHLOE!!!!
