Good bagels but the guy forgot to put the jelly on it. I wanted a bagel with cream cheese and jelly. I don’t feel like going all the way back to get it fixed but still a good place. Just check your orders before you leave.

I had a very bad experience.I regret having sent in this office.??For sending three boxes I paid almost 500 dollars and two weeks later. Well, they are calling me with the excuse that the boxes are overweight and now I have to pay another 400 dollars again.What a bad experience and what irresponsibility of these people.
Since the Arabic guys took over everything is OVER PRICED, WATCH FOR THE ARABIC GUY IN HIS LATE 30S HEA THIEF HE LOVES TO SHORT CHANGE PEOPLE AND SAY YOU GAVE HIM $5 NOT $20 HE'S THERE MORNING SHIFT MON-FRI His photo attached worker who steals your change

I purchased hot coffee twice and a hot tea once- hot drinks should be just that HOT not WARM!! The bagels are OK- Hit or Miss. Purchased a package of cheese crackers with peanut butter-STALE! The Asian woman at the register is not friendly.

Owners very nice, staff clean and careful during Covid, and the quality of food and service has not gone down since the original owners 20 years ago. Still great breakfast specials, variety of deli food, hot dishes like Eggplant Parmagiana excellent and restaurant quality. Decent prices. The only place to get good non-Kosher food in the neighborhood.

They make mistakes and don't like to fix them. Normally I love this place. They are fast, reasonably priced and portions are good. However, this morning they made yet another mistake. They have made them before but I luckily caught it before I left the store. In each instance I had to argue with them about the mistake but we let bygones be bygones. This morning we didn't notice the mistake on my daughters sandwich until she was home. So I returned with sandwich in hand and asked politely and without blame that they fix it. The owner proceeded to argue with me about what my daughter said. Really?!? You're going to tell me what MY DAUGHTER said. Then had the audacity to charge me for fixing it. I will be taking my business elsewhere as much as possible. Which is a shame.
