What a fun, rustic-chic mix! Not overly refined, but still has a higher-end vibe, somehow. 12/11/23. This place is not the same it used to be a year or two ago. They recently raised prices, while the service has gone down so much! Food is still good, for the most part, but they're now charging luxury prices that upscale restaurants in the area charge, while service does not live up to the cost. Oftentimes, main courses come in an hour or longer, they may forget to bring your drinks, and you won't even get the table you reserved in advance - they'll give you whatever is available without letting you know. On top of all, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BILL at this place! Total amount has been "accidentally" miscalculated at least twice, of course, not in our favor. Who knows how many times this had happened before we started checking the bills. We used to be loyal customers. Not anymore!

I came to Hot Potato House with a large group for my friend’s birthday celebration. They were so accommodating to our party (we adjusted the reservation twice) and then the service (we had Anna!) was incredible.She was kind, attentive, informative, and fun! She gave us personal recommendations, guided us through the menu, and made my friend’s birthday so incredibly special.All that place, the food was incredible. A great variety of traditional dishes, everything was fresh and delicious.We will definitely be back! Thank you, Anna and Hot Potato House!
