Il Colosseo reflects a highly unsatisfactory experience with the restaurant. My disappointment with both the quality of the food and the response from management is evident. The food was inedible, bland, and poorly prepared, such as three out of 13 meals that were served were inedible. My order consisted of a salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was dry, and the salad consisted of literally a palmful of arugula with 2 shavings of parmesan cheese. The owner's apparent lack of concern and failure to offer any form of compensation for the unacceptable meals adds to the negative impression of the establishment.My review serves as a warning to potential customers to avoid Il Colosseo due to its subpar food quality and unsatisfactory management response.

We went to diner here on Saturday night. They had a male DJ who sang along with the music as well as a female singer. This is a small space and the music and male singer was so loud that we could not even hold a conversation. I did ask the manager if they could ask them to lower the volume but we were ignored. My daughter actually got anxiety from the overwhelming volume. We had no choice but to get up and walk out. It is a favorite restaurant of ours but I will not return if there is live music. I am very disappointed.

The food was below average. I’ve ordered the chicken toscana. The chicken had the texture and taste of chicken jerky. The inferno picante pizza had an interesting taste but was a bit burnt. The wait staff were excellent, very attentive.

We had a great dinner. Reasonably priced and nice sized portions. We shared misto mare as an appetizer, then I had shrimp franchese and my husband had the sweet and spicy calamari. Marcos was a great waiter We'll be back!
