Really disappointing. The food was just nothing to write home about, and I'm this city it feels so wasteful to have a bad meal.The meat skewers were too chewy and the pasta sauce was watered down.

The service was slow and barely attentive, and we were one of two tables at the restaurant. The food was alright, but it didn't outweigh how poor the service was. Overall experience was pretty upsetting and regretful. Only one bathroom with a locked door so use the bathroom before you get there.

This was a nice spot in Williamsburg Brooklyn right next to the Williamsburg Vale hotel. It's great for date night or just drinks (dinner) alone or with friends.
Omfg our server Mariana was amazing, per usual. The Martino flight was cute, 1 oz drinks, good to see which is your favorite. The humus was soooo good tho and the sides that come with it were yummy. French fries are a classic, perfectly salted. Reserve online first to make it easier for yourselves (:

i really enjoyed this quaint restaurant. The rigatoni vodka with shrimp was cooked well and enjoyable. I had the avacado toast which I've had in multiple places. This one was fresh really good. The waiter was extremely nice....no attitude. Would def go back.

Had a really disappointing experience at Isla & Co starting from the moment I entered when the host rudely stated there was no space for our group after we’d been standing at the hostess stand for over 5min with no acknowledgment while the restaurant was relatively empty. Since we had a reservation I called this out and looking annoyed she actually came over to help our group. From there on service was really slow.Will say the food was great which is why I still gave it an overall 2 stars! Hoping it was just a bad day and others don’t have the same experience.

Might be a little biased as a Melburnian visiting NYC, but the coffees here are the best around! The latte was creamy and the capp had the chocolate on top!The chilli scrambled eggs and smashed avo on toast were delicious and the Aussie team serving us were awesome.Isla & Co was a perfect slice of home for Aussies visiting NYC or locals looking for a proper coffee ?
