I was in the area and saw they opened a new sushi restaurant and stopped by for a quick lunch. The restaurant is really small and they have 2 tables and seating by the window. I ordered the 2 rolls lunch special with soup which came out to $7.50 after tax and with the 5% discount if paid by cash. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and spicy crabmeat roll. Both rolls were decent but the miso soup lacked a lot of flavor. I dined in at the restaurant and everything was very sticky. The menus by the register were sticky and the tables were sticky too. There was only one other customer while I was there so they weren't even busy to keep the store clean. The prices are very decent though and will probably opt for take out next time.

We decided to stop by here after hearing a friend rave about this spot. I like how there were a lot of combos at this sushi spot (more on the affordable side). We got combo G and a lunch sashimi set (L2). This was a pretty small sushi spot but we were lucky to get seating. Would recommend to get sushi to go (would also be great for take out for parties or events). Overall it was great but we would try a different combo platter. Would definitely come back here again!

This place is tiny, but the decor is very cute. Service was fast. They offer a cash pay discount. I ordered a Spicy Crab Roll, and also the Shrimp Tempura Roll and a lovely Miso Soup. It was all pretty tasty but the tempura was slightly soggy instead of crunchy. Not the end of the world Looking forward to trying some more things from here!

Cute looking place and has only been open for a few months. The sushi rice is extremely off and is not good. The rolls are uneven and they just lack care and any attention to detail. The prices are cheap so you get what you pay for. Their soy sauce is watered down as well as their miso soup. You could just call their soup "hot water" instead. Eat at your own peril.
When they first opened, the food was good. I don't know what happened but things have been going downhill for a while and now I'm being serve food that should have been thrown away. My latest and last order was had salmon that fell apart and was the worse I've ever tried. It was also missing roe which is one of the expensive part of the meal. Soy sauce was also missing was just the nail in the coffin.

Avoid!! Decided to finally try this place cause it's nearby home and I'm not a fan of fugu. Put in an order for a few lunch special rolls which comes with soup. The miso soup was very bland, basically tastes like nothing. My main concern for the rolls were that the eel avocado and shrimp tempura rolls were DRENCHED in sauce which made the sushi very soggy...it did not taste pleasant. Also, everything lacked flavor. Why so much sauce on the sushi tho?? Service is slow....it took a while to pick up my order with only one dude making sushi during lunch time. Would not be going back.

FYI - if you pay in cash there is a 5% discount. - Combo 8: Dragon Roll, Eel Avocado Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, California Roll $18.95 - Spicy Salmon Roll $3.75 - Golden Dragon Roll $9.95 - Kani Salad $5.75 Food was good and would order from this place again.

2 out of 3 times I ordered food from J San, the food was made incorrectly. First time, we ordered on the phone and the worker keyed in the wrong sushi roll. Today, I ordered on Uber Eats and they gave me the wrong roll again!Their sushi rolls are mediocre. A lot of avocado or cucumber, very little fish. Spicy salmon roll was also flavorless, only a little spicy. Couldn't even tell if it was salmon in the roll.Their torch bowls are good, but again, don't expect a lot of fish.
