Staff is amazing, food is delicious the patties and the coco bread are always hot and great. Their cakes omg the red velvet and the strawberry cakes are my favorite ? I have to try the others. My husband love the bun and cheese one of my favorite places.

I am a loyal customer to the Jamaican Flavor restaurant in Springfield Blvd location, I have a customer from the first day they opened up, I have been to the Bklyn location a few times and never had aproblem until Friday 01/12/2024, I bought a large Chicken soup which was loaded with black pepper, cloves of garlic, carrots and no salt and was bland, I also bought a small stew chicken which was loaded with black pepper and was stale, I wasted my money and had to throw the food in the garbage, and I live far from the restaurant and I was not happy about it.

This is a review about their patties & service as I did not get anything else on that day. Right by the rockaway ave L train on Rockaway Parkway, I had parked in the public lot next door to go to tastee Patty to get some chicken patty & decided to give their Patty's a try also. I always get a lot of patties while in Brooklyn from Jersey. It's more like a takeout counter but the gentleman by the register was really friendly & professional. I started inquiring about their patties & he tried to sell me everything & started telling me about their bake products & their catering service & gave me a flier telling me they had a whole bakery in Queen. He wasn't obnoxious but extremely professional & I was impressed by his pace & salesmanship. Anyway, I got 4 chicken patties and a Ackee patty. They had beef , veggie & impossible among others but I did not try those. The chicken patty was decent. Good crust & good filling but Still not as good as Tastee as & I did a side by side test as I had picked up a batch of Tastee but they were close. The Ackee patty was disappointing to me as the crust was borderline bland & it was about70/30 mix of ackee to onions filling. You can get getter at Bruce's Patty on Church Ave. I would give it 6/10 because I am pretty sure they can do much better given the quality of the chicken patty, I love the fact that they have a wide variety of patties I look forward to trying their veggies & impossible patty the next time I am on that side of Brooklyn. With slight adjustments and better taste testers I am pretty sure they can become the best Patty bakery in NYC.

11/04/23: small store front Caribbean spot. Purchased 2 patties to sample however this review will be brief as I didn't get a chance to sample as my son ate both. Will have to return to sample.Wasn't a long line customer service is ok.

I came here on the recommendation of someone. It was a good choice. I ended up getting some rastafarian pasta, a chicken patty, and a jerk chicken patty. The food was good, especially the pasta. The jerk patty had a nice amount of spice but nothing crazy. Service was fast and the place looked clean. I'll be back.

Delicious patties---great crust, well seasoned and generously stuffed. My only issue is that I ordered a pineapple ginger drink and received pineapple guava instead. All that being said, these were the best pattie’s I’ve had in a long time and I’ll definitely order from this place again.
