The delivery here is terrible. I ordered twice through Uber eats and they messed up my order both times. The first time I ordered 6pc sticky chicken and they gave 5 pc. The next time I ordered the same 6 piece spicy chicken, they gave me 6 pice normal salty chicken. The store needs to pay more attention to how and what they are packing. This is not good!

Ordered online at 4pm, food came at 5:01pm. I am working at the hospital nearby btw. I added napkins and utensils but there was none. Ordered spag with 2 pc chicken and there's no effing gravy. What an a$$ service.

I had Jollibee for the first time today. I accidentally ordered from here not knowing it was a 43 min drive, but when I tell you I scarfed that food down!Jollibee > Popeyes/KFCThe staff were incredibly nice.
The workers are friendly and try their best but otherwise it’s a pretty big mess.Food 10/10, but expect to be missing some items when you order

Rice was hard and crunchy, chicken was stale, didn’t receive any gravy and the biscuit was also so dry. It was like they put all the stale food in a bag for delivery.

I'm sure there are several reasons I didn't have the greatest 1st experience, it's new in the neighborhood and they probably were 'not ready' for what was gonna happen but I waited way too long for a single person order. There were so many ppl there that Saturday afternoon, and I waited 45 min. The chicken was really good I'll as dmit but Jollibee has gotta be faster to keep up around here. We are too busy as people in the city to be waiting that long for "fast food"!
