I made a reservation during brunch hours and was seated immediately. It was crowded so it took a while for drinks and food to come but that's expected. The lamb burger is amazing, perfectly seasoned.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing!! I'm not the best with names but our waiter with the short blonde hair was the best!! He has so much personality and had the best recommendations!! Our first time will not be our last! ??

We received a text our table was ready early. We arrived and were seated. 15 minutes later we had to ask for water and menus. 20 min later we finally were able to put in drinks. When they arrived 15 min later 2/3 were incorrect. We decided to leave and go somewhere else so we asked for the check and were still charged for the incorrect drinks. Eventually a manager came over to apologize and did give us our correct drinks and removed from the bill. Many people around us were complaining. They were having a private event and was not staffed up enough to have a full dining room as well. Our waitress was very kind but the overall experience was very disappointing would not return.

We were a party of 3 for brunch on a Saturday. We had an amazing experience. The food, service and ambiance were fantastic. I've never had better home fries in my life! Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The food was amazing, but our server Kevin seemed to dislike working in the hospitality industry. His attitude and service were really unpleasant. We wanted to order more drinks and desserts, but he decided to bring us the bill without us asking for it.

Service here is the slowest I've ever experienced in New York. No apologies for how slow food and drinks took to arrive. 20 minutes for 2 cocktails and 2 beers and 2 ciders (from a can). The service speed was putting even the French to shame.Food was pretty good. Had steak tartare and salmon.Overall would not go back. There's plenty of good tasting food nearby. Not worth wasting your night sitting around for super slow service.

I've dined at Juliette many times and I've always been satisfied with the service, ambiance and food. On Saturday March 30th, was the first time I was dissatisfied with the service. I made reservations for a party of 3 (including my pregnant wife) at 12:30pm. As I was at the hostess stand waiting to check in a party of 3 was in front of me who did not have reservations. The hostess proceeded to tell them there were reservations ahead of them and they then asked how long the wait would be. The hostess proceeded to let them know an expected time and added them to the waitlist. I am not sure what the conversation was in the middle of that, but the manager came over and all of a sudden this walk in party of 3 was being seated at a table that just became free. I think moved up to check in (around 2-3 minutes before my reservation time) for the hostess to tell me that i'd have to wait a few minutes which I had no problem doing. Fast forward 15-20 minutes and the hostess has sat other parties who have walked in or showed up yet we have not been seated yet. We were now next to a party of 4 who also had reservations at 12:30 and was annoyed they also have been waiting for 20 minutes. We were also disappointed that the hostess or manager did not offer any mimosas or even water as a nice gesture offering while we waited. The hostess then ask both parties if we would want to sit outside which we both declined because we made reservations for 12:30 inside. Fast forward to 30 minutes in and we are still not seated. Finally, we get seated and we are extremely disappointed, but try to make the best of it. We put in our food right away with Kevin (who was nice and tried his best), but AN HOUR later we still did not receive our meal and everyone else who came in after us did. Turns out the kitchen made a mistake and forgot. The entire experience was unacceptable and I need Juliette to do better during their brunch rush. They have lost a customer in me.

The restaurant has a charm, but I would recommend to get rid of plastic plants, they look cheap. The food is pretty mediocre. my Apple tart desert had nothing to do with French cuisine. Too

I've always loved Juliette but it had been a long time. The hosts were fine at brunch. Our server was very friendly. The coffee was not as good as I'd remembered. The cream container had a huge chunk of caramel colored buildup which made me wonder when it had last been washed. We had a reservation when they opened at 10. The eggs florentine was great. The eggs forestiere TASTED good to the two of us who ordered it but there was too much ricotta and so little arugula I'd forgotten it was supposed to come with it. Neither of us could finish it and we both had the runs 30 minutes after we left.

Bustling and busy with the brunch crowd, but with a hastily-made reservation we were able to be seated very quickly. Given the craziness one expects on a packed Sunday, we were pleasantly surprised by how fast we got our food, and the service was wonderful. We appreciated how bright and fresh the Dutch pancake was with all of its fruit (doesn’t even need the syrup) and the hash was hearty and fulfilling. We loved dining and people-watching amidst the gorgeous plants, and will certainly be back.

Proper steak! Been here at least 5 times. Drinks are strong and vibe is on. I will say it’s very hit or miss on the crowd. Been when it’s packed and empty as well. Fickle crowd in the are but great place. Tomato soup!!!

Went for brunch. Got a tiny table but was glad to have reserved. All great except the soggy home fries which seemed stewed. Steak also a bit tough but perfectly cooked. Good service. Great vibes.
