I ordered takeout from this Japanese restaurant. Food was average. I ordered a bento box that included salad, salmon teriyaki, California roll and tempura. The salmon teriyaki had a "sticky" sauce and was sweet. The California roll was small and average in taste. The tempura was overcooked and dry. The restaurant failed to include my chopstix in the order.

Dear Kasumi, please update your menu description for your Philadelphia roll. It clearly says there is smoked salmon but when I received it, that was not the case. I was looking forward to trying it but was so disappointed when the salmon was raw instead of smoked. And no, smoked and raw are not the same. I’m not sure if there are any other descriptions you need to update on your menu before more customers get deceived when they order from you.Your other menu items such as your lunch and dinner boxes, agedashi tofu and tempura are quite decent. The sushi isn’t bad except it’s always comes out room temperature warm. I’m okay if my cucumber and California roll is warm but for the few times I’ve ordered a salmon roll, I always received it warm. I’ve had the chirashi bowl and all the raw fish were warm. As for the raw salmon that was in my Philadelphia roll, yup you guessed it, everything inside was also warm. I definitely do not have a pleasant experience eating raw fish warm. Is it too much to ask for the raw fish to be cold or is it something common for it to be served warm at your restaurant?

OK I should have learned the 1st time but went for sushi twice both on delivery order. It's the sushi and the rice they both SUCK! Nothing redeemable to discus, SKIP THIS PLACE!!!Note i hate writing reviews but when something is great IT should be acknowledged as well as when something is a pure waste of money and you may cause health issues it also needs to be acknowledged.
