The staff is amazing and they handle rude costumers with the best that they can. They provide great service and each employee deserves a raise because after all this is Brownsville Brooklyn and they are working in the middle of a war zone. Props to KFC.

I went to this KFC the line wasn't too long but I stand there for almost a half an hour there were only two people in front of me then when finally ordered and get my food to take home ?? I started eating the food while I was enjoying it the next day I got sick from the food I started passing gas like crazy and every 5 to 10 minutes I have to go to the bathroom to used the toilet anybody who is reading this please don't buy from this store their food is stale and they take too long to served just in case if you want know the address it's 1667 Pitkin avenue at East New York.

Don't order online. They get your order wrong. If you order white meat they give you dark meat. If you order BBQ sauce they give you hot sauce and ketchup. If your order sweet tea they give you diet Pepsi. Chicken burnt. Will not order from here again. Very incompetent.

I'm not to happy with the service. There was a long line to place my order, then I had to wait a while for my food. The cashier is over worked. She was taking orders and preparing the orders. it's not fair to this young lady.
