this is a wonderful spot for hot & delicious food that's served buffet style. the turn over is quick, so the menu changes. the food you fell for one day may not be the the following day unless you happen to be there at the same time before.there stable dish is plain fried rice & plain noodles. it's always there & always satisfying. except that one time when it wasn't replaced fast enough & i was left scooping the bottom of the pan... ha!!don't get ne wrong, i could have said something or wait for it to be replaced but I was hungry & had a the B-44 S..S.B to catch.

This place has gone down hill they don't know how to make an omelet never get an order correct the first time run out of BAGELS don't waste your time or money on this place.Owner should get a cook and train their workers..

Ordered 2 sandwiches. First one asked for bacon egg and cheese, sunny side up. They gave me scrambled with hot sauce that I did not ask for. Second one had what looked like a wad of hair. They said it was a piece of their equipment. Slightly less disgusting, but still should not be on your food. I should have walked out right away. The place is a mess.

I have been getting fresh bagels from this shop for years. I have never been disappointed with the quality and freshness they provide. The prices are reasonable and the folks are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area.

I don't know what happened to this place post-pandemic ,but it has gone downhill under whoever the new ownership is. My sandwiches are never made as I requested them, especially if I order for delivery. One time I ordered by phone and no one EVER SHOWED UP. But today was the last straw for me. We were waiting in line to order and I glanced at the deli counter and one of the employees left a half eaten bowl of food in the prep area on top of a cutting board up against the celery. To make it worse he left his phone there also with a video playing on it, totally disgusting! Especially since most folks bring their phones into the restroom with them. As a culinary professional, I know how many things are wrong with doing something so gross like that. Why anyone at work would need to eat and watch videos on a food prep surface is beyond my understanding. This place needs an intervention or new ownership immediately! After doing some research I learned that 2 months ago they racked up a whopping 43 points in violations from the health department and I have no idea how they still got an "A". I'd like to give this place another star or two. My big problem is that today one of the two young ladies working the front counter was sniffling & had a running nose. Sick people should not be working with the public, especially not handling food & beverages.Their coffee is good. The bagels are okay, kinda like big mitts which is the trend today. The cream cheese is good. The staff is very polite. But, having that that sick worker is a violation of common sense & human decency.

I was a regular customer they made me wait 45 minutes to see if deliver left he stated theres only 3 of us here then said hold on while he went too speak too his coworker then the phone went dead called back went too voice mail rude and disrespectful i wonder if owner is present on a daily basis and knows what goes on with his buisness his reviews speak for them self original owner treated people with respect smh
The only thing the have going for them is they are walking distance from my house. I asked if any of the bagels were hot. The guy waiting on me snapped "if you want hot bagels you should have come at 5:30am". Really? Another time they sold me sour cream cheese. They have nasty attitude like they're doing the customers a favor. Also they don't open on time so you cannot plan on buying bagels on the way to work. The only reason I gave a 2 star is because they deliver which is good on lazy weekends!

I've been ordering from here since as long as they've been open since I live right across the street from them. Sometimes they'd mess up something as simple as iced coffee (aka putting in a flavor into my iced coffee when unasked - all I wanted was a basic iced coffee without hazelnut or vanilla flavor in it), but their bagels are decent. They don't live up to my favorite bagel from Black Seed, but they're decent bagels. This place never opens up when they say they're going to open which sucks because sometimes when I wake up around 5/6 in the morning, I want real food and not food from the Burger King in Bolla Market down the block and not food in the other direction down the block from Dunkin' Donuts. Can't a girl just get a normal bagel and iced coffee when she wakes up so I don't have to be hangry?
