Great Ramen! I had the pork ramen bowl. The bowls are very big and the pork gyoza was cooked perfectly with the sauce. The green tea was refreshing. My only qualm is the staff member who served us, never asked if my friend and I were ok and was staring at us a little too often for me. Maybe she was just checking on us with her eyes??♀️ that’s the only reason it’s not 5 stars.. but overall I’ll definitely be back.

The food was fresh & delicious. For apps, we had the pork gyoza, Japanese karaage and spicy bun. My boyfriend had the spicy Ramen and I had the kimichi fried rice with chicken. The vibe was great, the service was fast & friendly. Would I go back? Heck yea, I would!!!

(Frist time dinning at Kogane) Went here with my mom and aunt for my mom's birthday and was not disappointed! We arrived yesterday [26th, Friday] around 4:30pm and it was empty(yay). Our appetizers were Vegetable and Pork gyoza(my mom and aunt don't eat pork) it was delicious and well prepared. For ramen we had 2 Shoyu and 1 Tonkotsu and once again, it was delicious. Though it was my aunt's first time having ramen and she struggled with those chopsticks ? she loved it.The staff was polite and attentive to us. The food was great and they wait time for it was less than 15mins. The atmosphere was calm and pretty well organized when it comes to space- they also have outdoor seating. Given the time that we went, we were lucky and after about an hour more people started come.
I mean it's alright. It's not bad but there is far better. If you're in the heights I can understand going, it's convenient and fast service in a no frills ramen joint. Not my first choice though.
Excellent ramen and service. I recommend the Kimchi.

I ordered delivery of a bowl of the spicy miso ramen. The noodles had the texture of el dente pasta and it did not soften at all when I allowed it to rest in the broth. I’m very saddened by this experience.
