Quaint space but not cozy - tables were full but yet open as quick as they fill - people tending to work during a mid-day coffee break. Tables are close together and very small so don't plan a private business meeting. Sit by the windows to people gaze street-side.Coffee is good but more like a local spot than for a coffee connoisseur.

Good hot chocolate, surprisingly spacious, good spot to meet people, limited laptop hours.

I came in the other day with a couple of friends while looking for a spot for brunch. Unfortunately we weren’t too thrilled with our experience. Way too overpriced for average quality ingredients which was really disappointing. The staff that I encountered was great no complaints there and they deserve a raise for how hard they are clearly working but their whole system of ordering and dining in comes off very chaotic and confusing. The coffee wasn’t the greatest and my sandwich wasn’t filling and was a disappointment considering how expensive it was. The ambiance of the cafe is cute enough but the prices really take away any homey feel to the space. It’s Soho pricing for an average cafe and there are too many other places within walking distance with more reasonable pricing so I won’t be returning.

Sadly not my cup of tea. Happy to pay 18.75 dollars (with tax) for a salad at a Resturant but a cafe… no thank you. The prices are more painful when you consult the photo of the menu from only 4 years ago where the prices were literally less then half what they are now. Honestly even if they just had a few lunch items that were more affordable I’d be happier. I get there’s been inflation… but that’s another level. Also the internet didn’t work. Great atmosphere though!

They have a rule where you can't use your laptop on most tables between 12-3pm on weekdays. If the place is full and people are trying to get tables to eat I understand but what is the point of this rule if the place is half empty, which it was. Will likely never go here again.

From the outside, this looks like the perfect coffee shop--it's spacious and nicely decorated. It has a homely feel, and I really enjoyed the large tables. There wasn't an issue finding a seat, but do note that only a portion of the tables allow laptops. The benches do seem way too high for the table, so I found it quite uncomfortable. I ordered a mocha, which came out to be around $6. It was good, but took at least 10 min to come out. Their WiFi is also pretty slow, and I wasn't able to use it. It kept dropping me every 5 min. It was pretty frustrating considering I wanted to get some work done. Overall, this is a cute place for if catching up with friends or reading a book. But if you want to properly do some work with a stable wifi connection, this is absolutely not the place.

Amazing food, plenty of space for working in the morning, and great service!

I had the most delicious cold mocha drink! The staff at the counter were attentive and patient while I decided what to order. The atmosphere was welcoming . I’ll be back.

The food is great, nice atmosphere, but if you're planning on a meal here, expect a 45 minute wait as the kitchen seems to get backed

The best chai tea I’ve had in New York (so far), but one of the worst croissants I’ve had also (hard and stale). The vibe is great, the service is good, they are not chatty or overtly friendly, but they take the order, make the drink, and do it quickly and correctly … what else do we need, right? They have a no laptop rule between noon and 3pm — which is awesome or horrible, I’ll let you decide.

Great vibes and a really nice spot to spend some time. The coffee was not great. A harsh dark roast and consumes all flavour and subtly. It’s one of those odd cups that tastes really strong but actually doesn’t have a lot of strength to it. All the negative without any positive.

I've come to this coffee shop 3 times now as I have been visiting from San Francisco and each time I've found the register person extremely unfriendly- like I'm interrupting them by coming in for service? Why have I returned when there are several other coffee shops on 5th Ave? Maybe I thought I was wrong and decided to give it another try. The coffee was acceptable but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't usually leave a comment or rate as everyone is trying to make a living but after 3 times and asking a few friends if they've had the same experience I decided to. Please check the front counter people as they represent who you are.

Nice place but poor coffee experience. Am struggling to find a cafe in Park Slope that can make a flat white… Most seem to taste like a weak latte, including this one ??‍♂️
