I love the Drinks I would buy it every day on my way to school but the only problem is that it opens way to late for me to order and take to school. So the only thi k I think would be good was if they could change there work hours, please ? ?.

I traveled from the other side of brooklyn just to use my tmobile tuesday discount on their boba tea that my daughter loves so much. The boba was amazing.. but the workers didnt seem to like that we was there. Im not sure what is was but something was off.. i tried to get help but they didnt help, they just stated "use the app, everything is on the app." That kind of upset me.. then they expected a tip. Minimum on debt or credit is $10.. i got attitude from a lady but they expected a top for doing their job. Then the visa machine you had to click no tip which is at the bottom very small just to place the order in store.. like your being force to do tip.. i didnt like that but the place was clean and we enjoyed our beverages.

Occasionally I like to do my boba run here especially when they have their bogo deals, such as their mangonada slush. I had tried mangonada slush before at a different store in Texas but I don't remember if it's from the same chain or not and it was so good. Thus when I saw this promo I was excited to try it again. Unlike my first experience, this one was a bit sour (the ratio of sweetness and sourness was not equal). The service was standard. Here it's more like a grab & go order because there is no room to sit.

My daughter loved this place! Overall - a clean, modern bubble tea house. Great selection of teas, smoothies, and other custom drinks & desserts. No seating is available, but this is primarily a take out place. All transactions can be processed through most modern apps and electronic pay methods. Recommending!

Great place. It's always packed but wait time isn't that bad. Max 5 min. Minimum credit card 10$. So I would recommend taking cash before you go there. ?

My order was ready for some time on the counter but when I asked the cashier, she ignored it. Only after 5 or 6 other customers (who came after me) got their order did she look at my ticket. Wouldn't have minded that much if she had said sorry.

The drink was okay but the service was horrible, while asking my associates what they would like an employee asked us in a sassy voice, "Are you going to order are what." If I had any self respect I would've left immediately but I still got my drinks. The service left me in a bad mood. Won't go again.
