Their fresh hand made drawer cheung fun (rice nooldle) is top notch and authentic, and is definitely one of the best (or the best depending on your taste) in the area, and it's also the best value. It's very close to the ones in Guangdong in China. One thing to note is that, unlike roll cheung fun, drawer cheung fun's texture changes over time after it comes out from the steamer as it continues to cook in the takeout container, and it's best to eat it within 10 minutes if possible.

My family's new go to bakery for fresh cherng fun (steamed rice rolls). Under $3 depending on which one you get and hits the spot. I've tried the beef and cilantro ones and they're delicious. Sometimes we'll call ahead to place the order so we don't need to wait too long. Employees speak some English (menu has some English one it), but just easier to order in Chinese.
