Visited Lizzie King's Parlor on Wednesday evening. A mixed bag for both drinks and food, but the things that were good were worth ordering again. Quality: The highlight of my visit was my cocktail, Holly Jalapeno, which was japaleno infused tequila, pineapple, lime juice, and simple syrup. My wife ordered two different drinks Tea Time and Purple Rain, neither of which were my taste. For food we started with the Irish Tots, which were good, but were missing a spicy kick. I was happy with The LK 'Original' Burger, cooked perfectly and very juicy. The bacon marmalade was a little distracting, but okay, and I enjoyed the fries. Skip the Chicken Tenders, they were strange, tough, and the house sauces were not good. Quantity: Strong drinks and decent bar food portions. Value: $13-$15 for Signature Cocktails. $14 for Irish Tots. $14 for Chicken Tenders. $16 for The LK 'Original' Burger. Ambiance: Lizzie King's Parlor is located in Park Slope. They have a few seats out front and an outdoor patio area in the back. We sat in the main indoor section. They have a good sized bar with some high-tops around it. A television near the front showed the playoff basketball game, which drew a few fans in. Crowd: Small crowd on Wednesday evening. Service: Friendly bartender, small kitchen so if busy there will be a wait. Parking: Limited street parking.

I went on a Wednesday night, and the spot was packed for it size. They had a party in the backyard, so a lot going on . This spot is a drinkers spot not really for the food . It took over 15 minutes just to get a leamonaid. I had a BLT. The bread was too thick for me, but the fries are good. I also had the crab cake witch my wife like. If I was to go back it would be just for the drinks

LIzzie King’s Parlor has been my go-to bar for the past 3 years. I’m also part of a rotating roster of musicians who perform there. To me, LK’s feels like the “Cheers” of Brooklyn with an Irish twist. All the bartenders and managers are great people who have become like friends and family. More than just a bar, it’s a warm community with a neighborhood feel. This special place seriously helped me to get through the pandemic with my sanity intact. Added bonus, the bar serves quality, high end pub food. Bottom line- I love Lizzie Kings and I think you will too!

Horrible experience rude staff. Bigoted staff that work here. Saw a DoorDash employee picking up food from the neighbor restaurant get harassed by an employee at this restaurant. Th worst part is that employee and people eating there harassed the driver just picking up food from the next door restaurant. Would not recommend.
