Service was horrible. It should never need to take 45 minutes for a simple pre designed bowl - I did not make my own. To make matters worse, I choked up pieces of plastic. Worried about how much I might have eaten without realizing it. So disappointing.

Waited 30 min for the most average açaí bowl with one person infront of me. The girls who work there have the biggest attitude problem and were rude to everyone who came in. And to top it off it was $44 for two bowls plus tip. Dear owner: manage your business better.

Service was slow due to under staffing (30 mins for two bowls), order was prepared incorrectly, and one bowl was entirely frozen and had to be thrown out. Would suggest going anywhere else to get larger, better bowls for less.

This is my guilty pleasure. Honestly I knocked one star off because it really is expensive but everything is at this point. It is hard for me to justify a $20 Acai bowl but they are great and I am full after. The only other feedback would be the dishes are very deep and they pile all the toppings on top. You have to pretty much each the top off to prevent it from spilling but then you do not have anything left to go with the smoothie stuff on the bottom. Maybe a layer of items on the bottom? Anyway delicious and my daughter and I go there about once a week after swim which is getting costly but makes us happy.

We got their white smoothie. Very bland. Walked in on a Monday afternoon. No customer. But was still standing around for about 6 mins waiting for this 1 employee to ring us up. No apology for the wait. No sense in customer service. Total wait was about 15 mins to get our drink. Talk about slow moving. Small bright space with bench seating inside. Not worth the $ and the unnecessary wait.
